This app is so bad, it makes me vomit. After every update - it gets even worse. Unusable. Junk. Can’t log in, Face ID never works. App provides zero information. Doesn't show any deposits or any transactions. Useless. This is the worst app ever created and whoever responsible for it development should be fired. How Apple allows this junk in App Store is beyond me. Russia Today app needs to return to AppStore and this app needs to be sanctioned and removed from all devices. It is so bad, it does not deserve even a zero star.

Broken with no intention of fixing
There’s something to be said about companies that understand they aren’t meeting the needs of customers, but continue to try and do better.
This is not that type of company. The login feature has apparently been broken for years, and it appears they still have no intention of fixing it.
Honestly if you’re going to have a trash app, why bother even making an app? Just do a good web version. But for some reason, they would just rather continue to be useless.

Zero stars
Compared to competitors it’s lacking so man improvements as for user friendliness. The worst system when it comes to withdrawal or moving money. The plenty review before mine have went in to detail about the improvements needed.
My personal experience has been spot on with every bad review. On top of that they sent a check I didn’t ask for then I couldn’t cash it. So the emergency I needed money for came and went so I was out of luck. Should have been a direct deposit but the chose to do what they wanted with out reaching out to me. Then did nothing to rectify their mistake didn’t even consider expediting the funds they said they couldn’t when I asked. This is by far the worst and if my job didn’t do business with them I wouldn’t be here. So I’m stuck. Terrible software and customer support.

Worst financial app in history
For a company the size of Lincoln, I cannot get over how bad this app works. More often than not , I will attempt to login and I receive a message that the system is currently unavailable, please try again later. Also, I have opted into face recognition access at least 20 times in a two month period and it will not let me access my account more than two or three times before it asks me to manually enter my password again and again. HORRIBLE APP!

Use mobile web instead
The app doesn’t seem to add anything to the mobile website other than Face ID. I even found more screens on the mobile web than the app like change elections for 401k (although they didn’t work).
If you use a password manager, you can’t click login. I hit space then backspace and the login button activated on both the app and mobile web.

Ask yourself a question.
Take a look at this app. Try all those broken links and ask yourself a question. If LFG can’t get anyone competent to make them an app that works. Do you really think the management is competent? Do you want these chuckleheads handling your retirement funds?
This app has rarely had a more than a 1 star review at any point in it’s entire history. It is obvious that they don’t care about us.

Face ID the day I withdrawal, literally
After years of clunk software, and requirements to do many things via paper forms that most other financial groups allow digitally I am glad to no longer use their services. On top of that, the day I verify my funds have been withdrawn they finally ask me if I’d like to enable Face ID!!! Seriously!?
After years of use, even when selecting remember my browsers, I could never get this app to remember anything. Always a 2 part authentication and always had to type out my full credentials.
Not necessarily an app issue, but their advisors are glorified accountants with no real financial insight.

Poor App Poor Mobile Website
In an age where most people have ditched computers their solution is use a computer.
I found out my employer was and is not adding money I am contributing to. That I need to take up with my employer.
But when I emailed LFG suggesting and making clear in the email that I was suggesting they adding more detail to the App View and or Mobile web browser view, I didn’t get a thanks for the suggestion; I just got use desktop. Times are changing. People don’t have desktops they have mobile devices. I had to do what my employer views as personal business on their computer.
If I had data like deposits I would have seen a lot earlier that my company was not placing my deductions into 401k. Overall account balance is not valid account support for mobile devices. And I understand limited acess for an app but the mobile website doesn’t even provide more capabilities.

Does not work
I have had this app downloaded for months and not once have I been able to get past the first Login page. When i click Log In, it takes me to a completely gray page with nothing on it. I have kept the app so I can watch for updates to see if this changes anything….nope. This app just straight up does not work at all, even for me to check my balance. In this day and age it should be EASY to have an app that logs in to check your account balance, especially when I forfeit paper statements to save trees and unnecessary junk mail building up in my file cabinet. I opted for email statements.. The email “statement” they send you is just a notification to go log in and view my account, which I cannot do on my phone. Frustrating.
