    Unfortunately this review concurs with the other poor reviews- the most recent update has made things worse- prior to update I could not see any live feeds, but I could at least run the 24 hr overview. That function is now broken. Having spent lots of money on 3 cameras I am ready to replace them and cut my losses. Really dissatisfied & disappointed.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Where to start? The last two updates have been abysmal, the first saw me no longer able to view my live feed via my mobile network. The second has now left me with no video on my notifications and unable to view live feed very often even over WiFi. Customer service is awful and they are unable to fix any problems ever. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

  • Amazing new update = dead app

    The app updated and gave me a notification for the “awesome new features.” As far as I can tell, the new features were less access to saved videos and a far worse interface (read: nearly impossible) for reviewing video. It constantly jumps back to the beginning and has no fine adjustment. Basically worthless. However, this problem seems minor in comparison to the newest feature, which is “crash on open, app useless.” It’s true what all the reviews say, each update just brings a worse experience. Bummer.

  • WHAT A WASTE!

    We bought this to use as a babycam, and the app CONSTANTLY glitches on both my Husbands iPhonex and my iPhone7, to the point where we can’t even view the camera, we receive no notifications, and it randomly shows old video as live stream!

  • DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, can I rate it 0?

    This may be the first review I’ve ever written but it’s only because this useless product has compelled me to warn other consumers to not waste time or money or valued patience on this so-called product. It’s a baby monitor so inherently the expectation that it will be fairly easy to use and a safe method to look after your infants or children. The app crashes constantly and the video feed is always “loading”. Delete app, reinstall, log in log out, triple checking all WiFi router and modem connections, unplug device, checking IP speeds and connections and even employing my IT specialist brother-in-law are all fruitless endeavors and methods to attempt to make this piece of junk work. We can’t even get past the login page. The only saving grace is that it was a gift from our registry and we didn’t waste money on it but unfortunately someone we know did. Time to buy another monitor and warn others about this useless device.

  • Update Review - Glitchy glitchy glitchy

    Since the newest IOS update the camera, sound, etc are just glitchy and not functioning. Video quality is also extra grainy. Nokia needs to fix this.

    When I first reviewed this I was frustrated because it took a bunch of reboots to get it working. After that first week or so, it started working really well & have had few problems since. The image quality, lights, & noise machine are great! I also like the 24 hr replay. The look is sleek & easy to adjust. It’s easy to turn on and off with the app too. I would love to see a rewind though: sometimes I hear a noise, grab my phone, and my son looks fast asleep. I’d like to see the 10 seconds or so before that. HUGE note to future users: if you don’t shut off cellular for the app, it gobbles up data like crazy. I only use on a WiFi connection now. Cellular data would pick up if there was a weak signal before & I burned through data so fast. Otherwise, really happy!

  • Worst app ever for camera

    I gotten this camera for my new born in 2016 and over the years this app has not improved at all when comes to stability and features. I have a Apple TV and not once been able to use feature to see camera on my Apple TV. The app on iPhone is not at its best work and can be improved in many ways along with the Apple Watch app as well and never seen a update in over a year it is now time to get busy cuz this camera I must say is probably my worst investment on buying my first home camera when it was meant to watch my daughter.....

  • Updates are making it worse

    Since Nokia has taken over every update has made this product worse. It has completely stopped working on the Apple TV thanks to zero updates in years. Disappointed.
  • So disappointed in what was initially advertised vs what it has become

    Over Black Friday shopping, I purchased multiple (5) cameras for our home, recalling the initial advertisements when the cameras were first released about HomeKit compatibility. They arrived today...

    I set up one, then realized the HomeKit support originally advertised was never delivered. (That’s on me for not checking recent specs)

    Then I did more reading, found the tvOS app had been deprecated. So now I have five cameras that don’t integrate with the rest of my home appliances. Needless to say, I’ve initiated my return and am shipping them all back, less than an hour after receiving them.

    I read Withings is back to its own company vs a subsidiary of Nokia. I really love your scales, and was hopeful about these cameras.

    I hope now that the company is run by an original founder, you put an emphasis on implementing HomeKit functionality. It’s only software now, no dedicated security chip required. I’d purchase them again if you did...

  • Waste of time & money!!!

    App is unable to connect to the Home Cam. I’ve only had the device for about four months. Uninstall reinstall of app was of no help. Made the mistake of disassociating the camera from the app, as when I try to reassociate the camera will not go into blinking blue mode. The camera flashes green like it’s connected to my network, but the app does not recognize it’s connected to the network and wants to reinstall the camera which is impossible because it never goes into the blue blinking mode.
    Back in the late 1990s and early 2000‘s I worked for a major telecommunications company and swore by Nokia products. They were hands-down the best cell phones against any other manufacturer, including Motorola. What the hell happened to Nokia!
