  • This is brutal

    Can’t open the app on Apple TV, which was the whole point of buying this. They’ve had almost a year to fix this.
  • Wish I could give 0 stars

    To call this app “garbage” would be an insult to garbage. It used to work fine before when it was under Withings. Subsequent updates have left the app unresponsive. Many times, we are trying to just turn on the sound effects, but have to load/kill the app several times to get it to respond. These are critical seconds when our baby is on the verge of falling back asleep or waking up. Do yourself a favor and don’t get this product or use the app.

  • Great - Once Configured Correctly

    I downloaded this app, connected it to my home camera, and got very intermittent streaming, despite getting all noise / motion notifications and air quality monitoring.

    Despite the poor reviews on here I have persevered with the different ways to install the camera on my network and connected to various router / SSID / Ethernet configs.

    Once you figure out the correct settings for your router / ISP / PORTS the camera and the app work perfectly - streams video and connects every time - on local network or remote network. Only time I have encountered an issue is when on a WiFi network at office where streaming is blocked - switched to GSM 4G and stream was there.

    It’s a shame to not see much development on here, and to see that Apple TV support is discontinued, however, for day-to-day use on phone / watch I am super happy and have bought additional cameras for other areas of my home.

  • App crashed in the middle of the night

    This is/was the only monitor we were using for our 5 month old baby. We moved him to his own room last night and set it up in there. Before I went to bed I turned on the app, put it in baby monitor mode and turned up the volume. He doesn’t sleep through the night. Around 2 am I woke up out of habit and thought wow, he’s sleeping well. I checked the app just to take a peak at him and while the camera was still running in his room the app had crashed, and he had been crying for an hour and I could not hear him! I was horrified. As this camera was marketed as a baby monitor and the app crashes in the middle of the night!! I checked my phone to make sure it had not restarted but it took my fingerprint right away (I have an iPhone so if it reboots it will not accept Touch ID). I am so disappointed in this app. How can I trust it now?

  • Doesn’t work as advertised

    I have been a premium subscriber for a long time. When I safe Cloud video recordings to any of my iOS devices, the audio track is missing and part of the video looks like a time lapse. I have been writing back and forth with customer support over several weeks, communicating with several support staff, having to explain my problem over and over again, but getting nowhere.

  • Doesn’t work. Waste of money!

    Cannot believe I just bought 2 of these! Both worked fine upon installing. It’s been 3 hours and only got to see the live stream once. Keeps loading it and never shows anything! Even though it sends noise and motion notifications with video recording. It’s definitely not a problem with my router or super fast internet. I have other smart devices in my home working perfectly and also have tried connecting the camera through Ethernet, still doesn’t load live feed! I’m taking the right actions to see my money back!

  • Great looking camera and good app

    We have two of the cameras (our son is using one). They work perfectly to monitor the rooms they are in and give instant iPhone notifications if there’s unusual activity.

    Our Virgin Media Wi-Fi is strong throughout the house thanks to a set of three BT WholeHome boosters - maybe those who give the product a low rating suffer with Wi-Fi issues? For us this has been a great product and all. Thank you Nokia!

  • Home Cam

    We spent the extra money to buy this so I could feel closer to the family as I work away.

    It’s was great until recently, now it very rarely loads and now it is not good enough to use as a baby monitor as our baby cry’s for a long time before we now.

    Unfortunately this product is a waste.

  • App Crashes on Setup

    Used this as baby monitor and worked fine a few months ago.
    I couldn’t get connected recently, rebooted the camera to reconnect it.
    The APP crashes halfway into the setup.
    - type in login email and pw
    - Wait for blinking blue light, “Home Camera Detected!” then I click on my wifi router
    - goes to “configuring...” screen then splat the app dies and I have to do it all over again.
    Spent an hour retrying a dozen times, same result.
    Now I have a very expensive paperweight... not impressed.
