Garbage. Do not buy, do not download.
It’s been over a year since the live streaming worked. That’s a core feature which doesn’t exist, and there are a hundred reviews of the app which specifically mention this.
Loading video from alerts only works about half of the time for me. Reading other reviews, it looks like I’m lucky it even loads that often.
If live video doesn’t work and recorded video rarely does, what exactly is the point of the camera? Just to place somewhere conspicuous and hope that scares people into behaving? I can buy a fake camera which will do the same thing for a lot less.Show lesshackasaurusrex
Works well - with high quality WiFi
We bought this camera, and like other reviewers were frustrated it wasn’t reliable. Later, we upgraded our home WiFi to a mesh network, with a high-quality router. Since then reliability has been almost perfect. The only downsides are (1) The Apple TV app is broken, and (2) Long clips don’t always download fully (they’re broken into segments, but not every segment downloads). Nonetheless, as a remote camera, with “baby” functions, it works great.Show lessMark Barnes

We really love this monitor and user friendliness of the app. There have been a couple of times it has stopped working and customer service has been great with helping reset it. The only downfall is that I can’t simultaneously use this app and run another app with an audio feature. For example, my iPhone X alarm doesn’t work when I have the Nokia Home app running (which is all the time), or I can’t catch up on Marco Polo video messages while my baby naps, or simply play any videos I’ve recorded if my Nokia Home app is running. I would change my rating to a 5 star if this was fixed.Show lessMizmuscy
Updates?
Worked well before Nokia took over now the cameras stop showing until we reset them. Also waiting on a update for the iPhone X but I don’t think Nokia wants to spend any more money on this product.Newdadoz

I love this app. It’s extremely user friendly and the video is crystal clear. I read all the reviews first and decided against purchasing the Withings Home cam months ago but when I saw it on clearance I figured it was worth the try and so happy I did!! Apple TV app broken
Apple TV app doesn’t even open anymore. Has completely stopped working. Removed and reinstalled and nothing. It also has the old withings app icon. Please let us know what is happening.
UPDATE: instead of writing this here on the store on their website I found text explaining why it isn’t working: “In September 2017, Apple released a new version of the operating system for Apple TV 4th generation and later, tvOS 11. Since this release, the Nokia Home app for Apple tvOS has stopped functioning and will no longer be supported. The latest version of our tvOS app, version 1.1.1, will be the last release of our app on Apple TV and will no longer be updated. Waste of money
This camera is one of the more expensive options out there and it’s a complete waste of money! The live video rarely loads, and it often have issues to connect to the WiFi, yet its able to record things if I go back to look at video footage from the past 24h, so it is clearly connected. Not to mention you then have to pay extra if you actually want to see normal speed good quality video. Would give this -100 stars if I could.Show lessBoodlidoodliboo
Slow slow slow and no iPhone X support
This app has always been slow to open and to load the camera feed. And I can’t believe it still doesn’t have iPhone X support.ChrisBC81
Breaks iPhone alarm while running in the background
When running this in the background on my iPhone with iOS 11 the alarm’s I’ve set no longer function.Jeftones
Crashing on Apple TV
currently can not open on Apple TV after tvOS 11. I want to like this product for its potential upside but the software updates are often late and sooo shaky (bugs, crashes). Fairly obvious that this product is not a priority for Withings/Nokia. Should probably look elsewhere before considering buying!Show lessKoreyGannon
