Still unplugged all the time with the WI-FI
Buy something else the camera still have a good image but always rebooting so don't work when you needed so many time too restart to try but at last unplugged an buy something elseHomer4444
Needs serious improvement
Had no problems before the Nokia change over. Now the camera rarely works always saying 'camera unable to be detected'

4th product, same problems
It's been a hard long road with my Home product. I'm now on my forth product after multiple exchanges. The product has been working ok for the last month but since the last update, the app crashes at the end of the setup. So, the camera doesn't work anymore. I guess I'll have to try to find the solution yet one more time with the customer service.Show lessblirette
Almost as good as it used to be
I've had a Withings Home Cam for a few years. It's almost always worked well. There have been a few hiccups but about the same as other wifi cameras I have used. Since Nokia took over I find night-vision is worse and there is a longer delay (3-4s) between what is happening live and when I hear it through the app. Overall still good cameras and I do use them as baby cams too. I would get another but only if they support HomeKit.Show lesssquarefish_

Constant Cut Offs
Terrible app...the camera constantly turns itself off and the music always stops before the timer is up. Even when it is set to infinity it turns off. The music constantly starts and stops. All so terribly annoying with a new born...Brentonr
Very Poor App
Even after a recent update, the first for a very long time, TouchID still doesn't allow you to close the app when it's enabled. On closing the App it just automatically relaunches every time, meaning you have to turn the feature off in order to use your device!
Clunky interface and unintuitive menus really don't help either. If you're going to make a product where the only way to control it is via an App then it's not much to expect that a part of the R&D budget is spent wisely on that App, which in this case it clearly hasn't been.Show lessD1rect10ns
So many issues..
Pretty disappointed in the baby monitor setting. It turns off randomly, I get messages all night long if it doesn't crash and the iPhone alarm doesn't work or any video if it's on. I've contacts their service department and after 2 attempts I finally get some lame suggestions. No one seems to be concerned with fixing any of the issues.Show lessamckay1984
Crashes
Used this for a year and a half and it crashes and will not connect to wifi. All it says is make sure it is on and connected to wifi.Poppie212
Latest update broke everything
The new streaming engine promised to make streaming smoother. Did you achieve that by reducing the quality?
Video and audio quality dropped significantly. The camera is frequantly disconnecting. Hell it even started blinking staying disconnected for 4 hours and I had to pair it again. Air quality is no longer available. Lullabies are interrupted every 2 minutes for a few seconds and almost never reach the end of the timer. Even the white noise is no longer a white noise...
