Helpful but on 65%

Getting medical help was great. Got an appointment the same day and saved me a trip to the doctor that probably would have been a couple of days later. Mental/counseling help - not helpful at all. I have tried 4 times to get an appointment each with a different person. I chose from the available dates and times for each (3 appointment options for each one). All have been rejected and only a couple responded with possible times that were weeks out. If the times aren’t available, they shouldn’t be posted. This service is supposed to provide for timely and convenient help. Trying to get mental/counseling help through this service has only compounded my issues. My son experienced the same problem getting mental/counseling help from this service.

Great Telehealth, Poor app

I have had success with my providers on the app, but of course that’s more about the providers than the app itself. The app is completely buggy and glitchy. You can’t do anything else on your phone or it messes with your connection. (This was a problem as I needed to check my calendar to schedule my next appointment… I was disconnected.). Half the time when I open the app my appointments aren’t there. When I’m trying to book an appointment it keeps freezing. It will show no available times and then suddenly all available times, so I have no idea if the provider is actually available. I really wish they’d fix these bugs.

Unexplainably bad

I don’t even know where to begin to explain how bad this app is. It has crashed on me so many times that has made it impossible to receive any kind of mental health help when in actual need. I have been in so much distress lately and this app has crashed most times I’ve had a mental health appointment. It has not been letting me make any new appointments. And even if I do, it does let me get on the appointment. There has been no reminder texts or calls. There has been no calls from providers either. Absolutely awful. This is the only source provider through my insurance and I am not able to make use of it.

App is buggy as heck and won’t work

I have a membership to this service, but every time I try to start an appointment for my sick child it returns an Internal Server Error and won’t proceed. The first time it was about requiring her to register first but didn’t say how. Eventually I found where to register, but when it requires me to select a pharmacy, it returns the same error no matter which pharmacy I select, and thus I cannot proceed to actually have an appointment.

Tech support is closed until tomorrow (I opened a ticket) and there’s no option to bypass the not-working pharmacy setting (even if I set a preferred one first, I can’t select it during registration without the same error) to actually talk to a doctor, and thus the app is entirely useless other than for wasting time.

The problems exist on my wife’s phone with the latest iOS 15 and on my phone with the latest iOS 16 both, so it’s not a matter of using old or unsupported systems, it’s clearly a problem with this specific app and the system behind it failing.

I just got 2 callbacks that told me to press 1. I did. Each time I was hung up on by the machine that called me saying I did not give the requested feedback. Then the machine called a third time to say I did not give the required feedback, which is not true, and my provider could not reach me, so I was being put back in the line to wait 15 minutes. Can you please fix the defective machine that makes the robocalls so we can please get the help we are calling for? Thank you

Rash - chiggers

Called HealthiestYou and in minutes a doctor called me back. I went to a music in the park event on Wednesday night. On Friday morning I noticed a couple bumps that were itchy. Then my husband said he was getting itchy bumps. Appears our whole group got chiggers even though we were not be water or sand. On Saturday more and more itchy bumps appeared. We tried over the counter cortisone, aspercreme with linocaine, pink lotion, Benadryl, etc. Today, Monday I missed work due to all the itching and called HealthiestYou. Within minutes, the doctor called me and asked a few questions (I uploaded a picture) and sent over the prescription. Thank you HealthiestYou!!!

Glitchy app with poor control

The idea behind this app is nice, but it’s super glitchy. When I’m trying to find a physician, if I hit “Next” to see more options it just puts me back on the very first page and I have to go through the entire process again, ugh. I’m not able to look at any other physicians past the first page because of this. There should also be an option to only show practitioners who have availability, many do not.
This app should also allow you to move forward and backward without losing information. It is exceptionally rudimentary with little thought on user experience.

The so-called health provider is VERY RUDE

I scheduled a video appointment through this app more than one day ahead of time. 5 minutes before the appointment, there’s a call without caller ID reaching out to me through the phone (not video). The person came up without any context and introduction, directly asking me my full name and DOB. It is very uncomfortable for me to give out my personal information to someone unknown. Plus, neither the contact way (through phone not through video, which I’ve chosen) nor the time (not the exact appointment time) matches my choices. When I log into the video at the time, the app told me the appointment was cancelled my the health provider???

The so-called health provider is very rude. THEY SHOULD AT LEAST DO AN INTRO IF THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING MY PREFERRED CONTACT METHOD. ABSOLUTELY 1 star.

Awful

I have nothing but bad things to say about this app. Sadly, it’s 100% free and I still have nothing good to say. Out of everyone, only ONE doctor has ever been nice to me on here. Other than that, I had a therapist say she would do this and that to help me and completely ghosted me! How reassuring for my ailing mental health! I’ve had doctors who won’t even listen to what I have to say. Today was the last straw with a doctor who immediately said I had something that didn’t even align with my symptoms… when I decided to voice my opinion he went on to say “well I can’t diagnose that obviously that would have to get tested at urgent care” followed by him insisting it was one thing. The after visit summary, he diagnosed me with what I said I had to begin with. That’s beyond frustrating because 1. I was gaslighted. 2. I received no medical advice or care for what I’m currently dealing with. It was just me dealing with another rude doctor on this platform. I’m not sure why they are so incompetent. Idk how anyone has anything good to say about this app but maybe it’s just the doctors in Utah who need to get their stuff together.

Cool idea, poor setup

I get emails telling me I have a new message, but there’s almost never any real message. Just says a visit is scheduled.

I’ve had 2 visits now that the provider
scheduled, and Healthiest you cancels them saying I didn’t respond. But I did- this more recent time I even told it to go ahead and bill me because that was the only thing the latest message said…

“Customer service” is lacking.
After the first canceled visit I asked for help to make sure it didn’t happen again. Courtney Smith says I canceled it but she can’t see how I canceled it. But I definitely didn’t cancel it. Eventually she said something about how there’s a known issue with incorrect wording or something. No help to avoid it in the future which I’d specifically asked for.

Surprise- it happened again today.

The only time the visits work is when I schedule them myself. Not when the provider does.

If I didn’t have random cancellation issues, or maybe if Customer service was helpful, the app would get 5 stars.

I’m going to find my therapist on another platform.
