Sick infant, never got to see a doctor

I waited in the virtual waiting room for an hour with a sick, congested infant. The doctor canceled the appointment with no type of notification on my phone. I thought maybe there was a user error so I tried again. I waited in the virtual waiting room for over 2 hours and the doctor cancelled my appointment after two hours waiting, again with no reason given and no notifications sent to me in any form that the appointment was cancelled. I’m extremely disappointed and do not recommend this app at all. I would have saved so much time by taking my daughter to an urgent care while they were still open. Terrible app.

Sunday Afternoon Dr Visit

Woke up Sunday with a raging UTI and would have to wait several days to get in with my doctor. Call TeleDoc and how easy was that. I did not even have to get off my couch. Talked with the doctor, he agreed with the UTI. He is calling I my prescriptions and I am good to go. I’ll get my prescription in the morning and won’t have to bother missing work next week to get this thing taken care of. What a great idea and a cost saving measure for me. I would highly recommend. A+ care. I will definitely use them again.

Skeptical

I have always been skeptical about these visits over phone or video. My wife had a video visit about month or so agonand was very satisfied with it. So when I woje feeling lke crap and eyes crusted overI decided to try this app.

There was no time between the request being made and the Doc was calling me. He seemed to be a very nice guy from St. Lou and took time to explain things , he also sent in script for my symptoms then forwarded an interesting article to me as well. I was VERY IMPRESSED with this service. Go ahead give it a try!

Amazing services

Best option for when you can’t make it to the drs or urgent care or even leave your home. You can sit right at home and get evaluated for such a low cost that you almost can’t believe it. And no this app & the service they provide is not a hoax as I thought it would be. The drs are amazing and better than most in Marshall County, WV area. I would recommend the service to everyone honestly.

Please improve web and app

I love how this service made doctors more easily reachable, but web and app need improvement. When doctors give you documentation, web doesn’t show the documentation. I waited 5days thinking doctor hadn’t attached it. Asked tech team and they told me it’s on web and app, but it was only on app. Then the document was not what i needed so talked to another doctor, and now I’m waiting for him to attach document, for 4days. I want to ask for team about the document and it keep saying “server error”. Web and app need to be in sync, at least…..I’m keep doing login log-off login log-off….

Quick and easy

The process was very easy to use. I called in and the doctor called me back at the scheduled appointment time. I was unable to get one of the prescriptions at my pharmacy and I used the app to contact the doctor. It was scheduled and I received the call on time. He was able to send that prescription to another pharmacy. The doctors were very helpful and kind.

Wow! So thankful!

I am so thankful for this app! I got really sick over Christmas and after 2 weeks of being sick, I just wasn’t getting better. This app was so easy to use and someone called me within minutes. The lady that I spoke to was so kind and called in a prescription for me at a nearby pharmacy. It was so nice not to have to leave my home when I was feeling so sick and it also saved me a lot of money. Thanks CHM! You are awesome!

Horrible app!

We have had many great experiences in the past using HealthiestYou but with the latest update things have definitely changed for the worse. We signed our son up for an appointment today and got several emails telling us we had messages in the message center on the app. When we went on the app there were no messages in the message center. Then our waiting appointment disappeared from the app. I assume it was canceled because we did not reply to the messages we did not have in the message center. We wasted several hours on this today in an effort to get care for my son. We ended up at urgent care anyway.

Poor app performance

The website does not always let me request an appointment. I get to the part wher I specify my country and state and when I click next, it just exes out and doesn’t let me proceed with requesting an appointment.

I requested an appointment a week in advance, with three different time appointments, and it wasn’t until the day of the appointment that the app said that my provider wasn’t able to see me, even though the app said the provider would reach out within 48 hours of my requesting the appointment if the times did not work for them.

Is anyone fixing this app????

I’m still having the same issues with this app as 2 months ago! Is there no one in app development reading these? I left a review last time and nothing changed and no one replied. This stuff could be critical because it might be the only affordable access to care someone has! PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS AND FIX IT.

I’m paying for this app and can’t even use it.
Problems:
Can’t view messages, can’t add my insurance info, can’t add some medical history and revise later, have to scrap the whole thing. I requested a visit and now it’s disappeared. I don’t know if anyone’s going to call back and I need them to call me back ASAP!
