Booked client.

Not user friendly, multi F&B reservations made prior to arrival for business trip not reflected in my reservation on line even when staff suggested to log out and log back in after a 24hr period, although staff very responsive on the “chat” side of the web platform still it able to update or show me what I have booked !!! Hmm...
While the site “IS” quite attractive and very “pretty” it has definitely lost the first class intuitive, service touch points and functional aspects which those of Belmont and Oberge are definitely capturing, including the personal service attentiveness to detail over all business platforms which the four seasons company has lauded themselves as being centric to over the past 50 years.

Not functional

App looks nice, and the functions that are available work just fine. It would be so much better if you could cancel or edit your reservations in the app.

For a luxury hotel, the app is low budget

The interface is clumsy and slow. The sign in feature is awful. Too bad that a poor app weakens a hotel experience.

Can’t see room in reservation ?

Hello, I wanted to share my thoughts and see if there are any upcoming updates to correct this. Is there a reason you cannot are which room you have booked in the app or any info on your room ?

No response, are you ever going to update your app UI ? Or add these features ?

Update*** getting better can you please add more photos of the rooms, while purchasing thousand dollar a night rooms, it would be helpful to see them thank you.

Useless App

Someone else called it. It’s just a brochure. Can’t do anything on this app but look at your reservations. Can’t make dinner reservations, tee time, anything. Why have clients download it and be sorely disappointed?

App does not work properly

Made a reservation, hotel confirmed three times, reservation will not add to my profile.

No notifications

5 stars for functionality and look but since this new app was launched it will no longer give you text notifications unless the app is open and in use. So you have to be using the app to get a notification if the hotel texts you back.

Does not work

I have updated information in my profile several times and it does not save - just reverts back to old outdated information. Have also changed my preferences and they don’t save either.

Finally a hotel that’s stepping into the 21st century

The messaging function is a god send. Not sure about the rest but so far so good
