horrible customer service
So I’ve been using Afterpay for like 4 years now, but one day it asked to verify my info. I put everything correct, but it didn’t work. Now I can’t shop at any store, and their customer service people’s only response is that they don’t know when I can try again and to keep checking. Mind you, it’s been 2 weeks!! I offered to show my ID as proof, but they just ignored that. I haven’t had any missed payments and have been using Afterpay for years. Crazy how bad their customer service is!!

I been a Afterpay user for 2 and sum years never been late to pay,I can’t buy nothing it requieres me to put ssn in a pay by four installments u guys ruined.
Disappointing App
I’ve been using this app for some small purchases until they started charging finance fees plus you can’t use a credit card anymore plus they have awful customer service—don’t waste your time or money with this app—use Affirm with no fees or Klarna (sometimes there’s fees depending on the situation) which are better! Thumbs down for Afterpay!

Change your name to Afterpay: Pay your finance fee over time
They changed. Now they charge finance fees. It’s not worth using if you have to pay more in the long run.
This app is ok could be better
I haven’t used this app an year and the last time I used it I went through some stuff like all people missed one payment of $13.45 watch I’ve been paid back and I still can’t use the app it’s ridiculous and very unfair when now that I’m stable enough to make all my payments I can’t use the app 😐 and other people that i know who used said the same thing I haven’t used this app since I was about 18-17 years old I’m now 25 🫤 like be for real let me use the damn app I have the money lol and why is it connected to cash apppppp
