Errores recientes y validaciones innecesarias
He hecho varias compras al inicio fue muy muy bueno hasta que me ampliaron el crédito pero me pidió nuevamente una validación. Y los datos son correctos únicamente dice que no puede validar la cuenta.

Error
There is a problem saying I owe and make payment to continue but there is no balance owed. It shows I have screenshots of no balance and past payments paid in full. The app will not allow me to get to customer service and the browser is of no help.
Don’t do it
They have options on there to trick you. If you want to pay a certain amount up front don’t do it. They pick and choose which installments they want to cover and not cover even if you have it on automatic payments. They have some installments paid twice instead of paying which ones are actually due. Don’t bother trying to get any support. They will give you the run around and at the end you get no help at all. They just send sorry messages. Get with PayPal or another group because they really answer right away and will actually help when it’s their mistake.

It’s super convenient but…
I’ve used this app for several years and it has came in handy for back to school, groceries, car parts… you name it! I just wish they would fix the error when ordering on walmart through the Afterpay app, selecting to pre-fill the card details, and then nothing happens. No card details are entered. At that point you’re forced to close out the app entirely and attempt the purchase again. This is inconvenient when the kids are chaotic and I’m spending a couple minutes to place a quick order. It’s actually made me say never mind to Afterpay a few times. It has been going on for YEARS, so it appears there is no resolution in place. Please fix this error!
