The app will not load the customs form. I have the most recent version updated. It’s worked in the past but not today.

ArriveCAN app was easy to use. I wish the extended explanations were more in depth.
Password reset
Password reset option does not tell user an email has been sent. Email does not contain a link to the password reset login page. User has to exit the app and sign in again.
I suggest you hold a UX session with users and observe how they actually reset the password from every place you provide a link. As a software engineer and UX designer and developer I found this very disappointing.

The advance cbsa declaration is very much appreciated allowing to reduce the flow of the lines at immigration desk helping the passengers & the airport employees as well to move smoothly.

Awesome app updating information. Entering passport details by scan holding the page with finger was a breeze. Took about 7 mins for 4 travellers to complete.
