It’s pretty but it doesn’t work - DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME
In theory, this should be a 5 star app. It APPEARS that the app is robust and highly functional. But just try to pull up your BCBS ID, it times out with nothing. No ID, just a blank screen. So maybe you want to see the details of a claim - there’s a handy button just waiting to be clicked. LOL the joke is on you because that function “isn’t available at this time.” Again, 5 stars for intent. But we all know what’s paved with good intentions.

Absolutely terrible. A NIGHTMARE.
Might be the worst app I’ve ever used? You’re going to make me two-factor authenticate me and make me login *every*single*time*I*leave*the*app?!?! Nah, that’s gross. I get patient/user confidentiality and all that, but not even my bank or any other financial or investment app requires that level of nonsense. Do better. Use the millions you scam off customers to at least make a functional app. I’d rather deal with Cigna’s customer service (demonic) than your horrible app.

Hasn’t worked in weeks
I’m out of the state, trying to access my information, and the app isn’t working at all. Doesn’t allow me to fill out my user/pw, and although the auto fill is on, when it activates, it takes me back to the unfilled screen. When I try app support, it tells me I don’t have access to ask a question. Not so good for a major health care plan.

Always bring your physical insurance documents because you will never be able to login to this app when needed.

This app is the worst in the world, never works, have to change user name and password every time try to log in! If I could give it less than one star I would!

I tried to find a nearby doctor but it’s impossible to select more precise location for search results at the app.
Even with longer distance, no additional provider choice is available. On the other hand, it doesn’t allow you to input the proper zip code.

Always undergoing “maintenance”
I’ve had this app for over a week and each time I sign in, it says the same thing: “Maintenance. Unavailable right now. We’re already working on it. Please check back later.”

Unreliable App
Running the latest version of the app on the most current iOS, and I can’t even enter my username to log in and access my new ID card. This feels like a basic functionality issue that should’ve been caught before release. The app really needs more thorough testing prior to being pushed to the public.

Worked when I first opened it. Has never worked again.

Why have an app that is always down && never loads. You have to call and talk to AI for 45 minutes before you can get someone to assist you, but you want us to use this app.?.? Make it make sense!

why does the blue cross blue shield of Tennessee app auto fill _pfo when signing in to my account. I have deleted the app rebooted and installed it and it still shows the same thing.
App is as bad as it gets
I’ve spent part of my morning waiting on log-in to load. It’s no wonder our healthcare system has such a bad reputation. BCBS, as well as the other insurance companies, are overpriced for the patient and short the providers as much as possible. The process is slow, clunky and not preferential to the patients. I guess they just want to be consistent with their app.
