Anybody going to fix this?
I downloaded this app cuz I just recently got insurance through my job for the first time. I got my paper ID card in the mail prompting me to download the BCBSTN app for use. Thought that’s really convenient, gow great. Wont even let me register. Keeps saying my subscriber ID is invalid. I’ve called BCBS to confirm I’m active and my correct number but the app won’t let me. Fix ur app or don’t bother to promote it. Idiots.

App won’t let me type in username or password
Hard to get any use out of the app when it literally won’t let me even try to login. I type a letter, then the letter disappears before I can type a second letter. So it’s impossible to enter my username or password.
Digital ID Card only positive
This app is virtually worthless outside of getting the digital ID for your mobile wallet. Almost every aspect of what the app provides is better on their website which isn’t saying much. My recommendation is get your digital ID and then delete the app. Your ID will stay on your phone and you won’t have another useless app taking up space and data mining you, like insurance doesn’t make enough money already.

Doesn’t work.
Never will let me login in lets me enter my password and everything then says error and try again later and later never comes because it never works!
Terrible app
I filled everything out just for it to now even have my plan on there. Put my subscriber ID on there and says error can’t match a plan with my ID.
It’s pretty but it doesn’t work - DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME
In theory, this should be a 5 star app. It APPEARS that the app is robust and highly functional. But just try to pull up your BCBS ID, it times out with nothing. No ID, just a blank screen. So maybe you want to see the details of a claim - there’s a handy button just waiting to be clicked. LOL the joke is on you because that function “isn’t available at this time.” Again, 5 stars for intent. But we all know what’s paved with good intentions.

Absolutely terrible. A NIGHTMARE.
Might be the worst app I’ve ever used? You’re going to make me two-factor authenticate me and make me login *every*single*time*I*leave*the*app?!?! Nah, that’s gross. I get patient/user confidentiality and all that, but not even my bank or any other financial or investment app requires that level of nonsense. Do better. Use the millions you scam off customers to at least make a functional app. I’d rather deal with Cigna’s customer service (demonic) than your horrible app.

Hasn’t worked in weeks
I’m out of the state, trying to access my information, and the app isn’t working at all. Doesn’t allow me to fill out my user/pw, and although the auto fill is on, when it activates, it takes me back to the unfilled screen. When I try app support, it tells me I don’t have access to ask a question. Not so good for a major health care plan.

This app is such garbage. It glitches 110% of the time. If you want an app that always crashes, this is for you. I literally cannot use this for anything and I wish I didn’t have to have this BS insurance. 0/10 do not recommend. Do better BCBS

Every time you go to use it for healthcare you never can access it. I wish our company would find a different insurance provider. Today I needed to access it but again comes up loading error.
