Elegant & economical

Capsule is intuitive and easy to use, has a friendly interface, and is just incredibly helpful. I keep coming back to it as my preferred CRM. I’d go so far as to say I cannot work optimally in a customer service and sales focused role without it.

Inconsiderate app

I didn’t like it, so I tried to unsubscribe from all there unsolicited task reminders and summaries it is sending me. Unsubscribe refers me to preferences on the web, where notification preferences are so well hidden I couldn’t find them. I had to change my account email address (to garbage) just to get rid of this post.

Not the fastest

I have used a few different CRMs but my biggest issue with this one is the refresh rate/ sync rate. When using desktop and mobile app at the same time , I have to force sync continuously. Other CRMs have a default sync rate that you can usually set. I only use Capsule because it is why what my employer has set up. If the option was there, I would move to another

This is a GREAT APP!! 👍🏼👍🏼

I haven’t been using it long but I can already tell this app is what I’ll be using for a long time. It’s simple yet has many useful features. Intuitive and user friendly. I love it. Thank you Capsule for giving a small business what it needs without being overly complicated and expensive.

No Push Notifications

This is such a great app, but there needs to be push notifications for tasks.

Transpond

Would love to see Transpond interactions in the Capsule app like they do on desktop. While we’re at it I would love to have a Transpond app…

Great product

Have used Hubspot in the past but never really loved it. Using Capsule for a week now and love it so far!

Can’t delete tasks from the app

There needs to be a way to delete a task from the app. Not sure why there isn’t one. To the developer, is there a task delete button that I’m missing somewhere? Other than that, I really like the CRM.

Issues

I can’t sort by group name or maturity date.

Needs to be an indicator that contact has been contacted such a checkmark.

Need to be able to separate each group. I don’t like contacts all together.

Need go be able to call customer service and immediately be able to talk to someone.
Good system just lacks customer service.

Love this app

I have been looking for a simple CRM for a very long time, and watsed a lot of time trialling many. This CRM is exactly what I need, very simple to use, great customer support, and provides a super overview of my clients, with all their details, projects, tasks and invoices (syncd with XERO) all one page. I am so relieved to have finally found this.

Make it scale to a larger footprint please

Hi folks, I run capsule on my new Mac and it is working great (M1 Chip Mac) - please release a Ipad sized version of somthing that allows it to be viewed in a larger format on the new Mac's would be great....otherwise Capsule is an excellent application,

Excellent CRM

Very simple and easy to use, yet really nice functionality and customization features. The team is great with customer service as well.

I love this CRM and the app as well!

Cancel is very easy to use. The screens are intelligible and clean. It’s easy to find what you need quickly. And even in the phone it’s easy to sort and filter with quick views that make navigation simple. I always have the date I need right at my fingertips.

I also love the flexibility of their design architecture. I can add notes to cases and people and organizations. I can keep my pipeline separate from my case notes. And the more I use it, the more clear my best case scenarios for my own personal workflow become.

There are a couple little things I’d like to see added to the app, like administration of tags and categories from inside the app instead of having to go to the website. It would be nice to be able to add those things on the fly as needed.

But overall, still very usable. Very simple. Makes life easier.

I am a stickler on software and am not easy to please, and i really appreciate this tool!

Easy to use and great value

Having implemented Dynamics and Salesforce at my last firm Capsule was infinitely easier to set up and use. Love the O365 integration. The Xero integration was simple to set up. The functionality for the price makes it a no brainer.

Best CRM by far

Tried a few CRMs and so far Capsule is my favorite. Easy to use and customizable. I like that I can see all the email and call history in the app and know what meetings I have coming up. The mobile app is as functional as the website version which makes it useful when I’m not in the office. 10/10

I’m loving the software on my computer, but

I’m new to Capsule but so far I’m really loving what it can do for me on my laptop. The problem is that when I go to the App Store from my iPad I’m only offered a phone variant of the app and frankly it’s not good enough for a tablet.
Please can you tell me when you will have a more functional iPad version available, thanks
