I have downloaded it and I used
It for a 5 mins it’s a miracle
I’m kinda lazy but then I was thinking why am I turning into such a lazy person I’m sitting here every day staring at my phone all day and it’s just wasting my time so I went to the App Store and downloaded this app
And it’s a miracle because
1) it helps me to keep track of my heath
2) it helps my eye sight so I don’t stare at my screen all day
3) I can actually feel better
And finally 4) I can move my body much better because it was very stiff and now I can move and walk bettter

Home workout

Self-explanatory. This workout Is achievable.

Email spam

I used to use all these apps a lot a couple years ago and wanted to get back into it and unfortunately won’t be using them again.
Providing an email so they can constantly spam you is now a requirement to use their apps.
No thanks, there are plenty of others out there.

Nice exercise app

I like that this app gives you a complete workout for free, I’m sure there are added benefits for upgrading and maybe I will once I know I’m going to stick with this exercise program but it’s still a good app to get started.
