They can give updates via text and email constantly but when it comes time to take prescriptions this app is just awful. The amount of hoops you have to go through is ridiculous and I can’t tell you how many times I get “system error” no clue why my company even uses express scripts. Maybe to steer us away from using scripts who knows.

Between the updates that make it difficult or impossible to find the information you are looking for, the useless AI when you call, the long times, and the idiots who answer when you finally do get through, this company makes the prescription process so difficult, it would be easier to drive to the factory and the meds off of the assembly line yourself. If I could rate this 0 I would. Nothing but issues

Love It, So Convenient and Helpful
I started using Express Scripts about 2.5 yrs ago, wish I would have used it a lot sooner. It’s convenient, very helpful, mail my prescriptions in a timely manner and also have auto fill which is great.

Need to be able to maneuver around once in the app; unwieldy and not improved. Take a lesson from MyChart or other successful, well designed and highly rated apps.
Selecting Delivery Date
I’ve never been given a choice of delivery dates until lately. I’ve always taken it on faith that it would be shipped soon. I found the new feature which is to give the patient a minimum of 11 days from order to delivery. There’s nothing express about that. Not long after I ordered, I checked the status and was greeted with the vague message that fulfillment is pending because either me or my prescriber put it on hold. It’s after hours so I know it wasn’t the doctor. I certainly didn’t put it on hold.

Automated system
Your new did not offer the option to hold a medication. I should have the option to speak to a representative.
