Garbage app
I have to log in every single time despite checking the box to remember me, keep me logged in, etc. I am asked to download the app while I’m in the app.

Unable to log on
I am not able to log on with this mobile app. I can log in with my computer. Please fix this problem ASAP.
Will not open
Opens briefly then closes.
Not working
Downloaded and installed app press to open and goes totally away. Have deleted and reloaded several times and still does not work. HELP
MAKE SURE RX CARD
They messed up my order and the reps on the phone are terrible to deal with, always ask for a technician, which they didn’t tell me I could do until 3 calls and 2 hours on hold so far. ALWAYS FIND YOUR RX CARD (UHC doesn’t make it easy) AND HAVE IT SENT THE OLD FASHION WAY as a backup. Takes forever when they mess things up and nobody is helpful on the phones 0/10 customer experience so far!

Awful application
Prior to the last upgrade, when I got to the point of completing each order, an error would pop up that for some unknown reason the order could not be completed. Please put the Rx in my cart and try again. Of course the Rx was already in my cart…. An endless loop that ended in having to phone in and submit an order.
Today, the system sent me email on new Rx’s sent by my doctor. A forced upgrade later to proceed…. Click here to approve. That takes me into the ap, click on the Rx and an error screen comes up that cannot be gotten out of. You have to manually shut it down, start over and the same error pops up and the only way out is to force this ap to shut down.
Seriously, do better and stop wasting your customers’ time.

Impossible (almost) to reach a real person
The automated voice does everything possible to not allowing access to an associate. The most frustrating experience. My current plan is to move all prescriptions to a local pharmacy regardless of cost.
Won’t fill and won’t let me fill elsewhere
All of my prescriptions are stopped because I “don’t have a payment method.” I did have a payment method. I updated that payment method anyway, waited a week, and it still will not process due to lack of payment method (that I have used other places since). Didn’t have time to wait so had my prescriber send the rx to a local pharmacy but somehow express scripts has marked these prescriptions as filled for insurance purposes even though THEY WON’T FILL THEM so now I’m stuck without meds. I get attention to detail in systems is hard, but this actually affects people’s health so maybe just try.

Why do I have to keep going in and restarting auto pay, then I have to pay for it and schedule it. That doesn’t sound like auto pay to me.

Sometimes a headache
It’s frustrating to use Express Scripts. First things are on auto refill then suddenly they’re not. It’s gotten very expensive compared to local drug stores. Just not very user friendly most of the time.

Data displayed in App is not consistent with web data
I found my birthdate in the app did not match my account records nor did it match the web version for Express Scripts. If they can’t pull data from the same location and have it match on a birthdate, well one has to wonder if there are other errors. Can I trust the iPhone app???

Automated system is atrocious
I’ve never been able to get any questions answered by express scripts. If the automated system doesn’t understand you, it will ask you to rate your experience and then hang up. There is absolutely no way to talk to a real person if the automated system doesn’t understand you. The only thing it seems to be able to do is refill your prescription or check the status of your refill. How do they not have a real customer service department?

Express Scripts is HORRIBLE
Use Express Scripts if you love waiting two weeks or more every time you order your meds. If you need something fast you’ll have to figure out an alternative.
