Constant Verifications

Express Scripts, while affordable, is the most frustrating pharmacy ever. I’ve had a prescription sent to me, then I’ll get a “verify your address” message, then it will say the address can’t be verified. Really? You’ve mailed them to me better and now it can’t be verified? It’s a pain in the butt.

Lidocaine patches

They wouldn’t fill it for some reason

SlowScripts

I thought I’d give ExpressScripts a try. Big mistake. Any new prescription takes 2+ weeks to be delivered. Refills are pending doctor confirmation- of a script the doc already wrote and approved - then cancelled and not re-ordered. The only saving grace is my life isn’t dependent on these specific meds. The app is fine but really just the bare minimum and doesn’t let you actually manage anything.

Lancets too expensive.

Did not order lancets. These should be much cheaper.

Average functionality, some frustrating features

This app’s functionality is fairly average. Navigation is not difficult, but could be improved. Fulfillment for authorizing and shipping filled prescriptions is longer than it should be. As a Type 1 Diabetic, running out of insulin, CGM Sensors, or insulin delivery pods is frustrating and potentially life threatening. Fortunately, the telephone customer service, during business hours, is on the ball and I was able to transfer part of a vital Rx to a local pharmacy only three days after I ran out of it.

The best

They keep up with my medication and send me alerts ahead of time. Great job! Thank

Awesome delivery service

Wonderful service for prescription delivery! So handy and convenient!

Great

Love the app makes ordering my medication so much more convenient. Also Customer service is always so helpful, kind and friendly.

Irrational, Difficult system.

Every three months time to order one problem or another, so much easier to go to the local pharmacy, not to mention stealing and put in our local businesses in our neighborhoods out of business. This mail order scheme to me is a fraud. We need local businesses in the communities why force the patient to go through this vigorous, most of the time annoying mail order system?!? in my 50s. If I was in my 80s I wouldn’t be able to navigate this.

Convenient

I pay a little more, but the convenience of having my prescription delivered to my house is worth it. My last trip to the Pharmacy took an hour of my day. Thanks for inconvenience Service like this.

Great service

Superior service, very responsive

Hate Express Scripts

Horrible experience every time. Customer service is atrocious. The cancel refills with no reason. Then a week later you get a dissertation in the mail for the reason. They do nothing to help you.
They purged all my prescriptions then told me to contact my doctor to resubmit them.
Nightmare always.

Oops

I don’t like mail order pharmacies. But that’s another rant.

This app used to work, but recently, I was forced to update, and now it is impossible to log in. I get a security code sent to me, but when I enter it, the screen locks up and I can’t get the numeric screen out of the way to hit a submit button.

Save the trouble, and just use your web browser.

Birthdate

How to select birthday is not real clear.. I’m advancing the months backwards from default date 2008. Paused and thought there needs to be an easier way.

Too hard to navigate. Words are stacked up. You e of the worst I’ve tried to use.

Too hard to navigate app. Especially for seniors.

Express Scripts

Keeps me up on my Meds and what needs to be updated by my Physician. And I enjoy the Home Delivery. Thank you for all your help.

Reliable and trustworthy

Thank you for supporting me.

Use of refill info

Too confusing!

Outstanding service!

Love the app now. It was clunky for a long time, but they’ve really smoothed it out now. Thanks for the great work!

Ran out if medicine

I ran out of one of my Medicines. Express scripts did not notify me that my script had expired and they did not get it refilled.
