Very complicated
I never had a problem with Express Scripts before it was taken over by Evernorth. Now I have great difficulty signing in with two source verification. It took me 10 minutes to finally get signed in.
Hide a prescription
Should remove it from the list. Also, by highlighting more medications available for order, when that option is selected, the app should only show the prescriptions available to order.
Confused
“Complete order” sends me through a series of screens repeatedly requiring my input then back to the login screen then through the series of screens again then back to the complete order again, and again and again etc.
Were the three orders in my cart not sent or were they sent three times?
I need those three medications.

Great Service!
I have been using this for about a year and have not been disappointed. The prescriptions always arrive quickly; ordering and paying on the app is easy; my doc also finds it easy to use. I appreciate how my meds arrive- always in a cooler with freezer packs. Overall, my experience has been excellent!

Easy and convenient to refill prescriptions. App lets you know when prescriptions are ready to be refilled.
Confusing lists
Keeping older versions of prescriptions (same name, dosage and even prescription number) gets confusing. A more prominent way to show only current scripts would be helpful.
Also, why if I have started automatic refills do my scripts keep asking me to “start automatic refills”? Do automatic refills expire? A notice to that effect would be helpful.

EVERY month there’s a problem with my order. EVERY MONTH, and I t’s impossible to get a living human being when I call.
Not pleased with reorder text
When receiving text notifications for the prescription the notice only identifies with first letter of drug. Give full name or first 3-4 letters. Why, what if prescriptions have same first letter.

Review of Express Scripts
Too cumbersome
As someone who dealt with Caremark before, Express Scripts mail order needs to be simplified.
When it works
Terrible service. Left hand does not work with right hand. They have screwed up so many scripts for drugs taken every day it is comical. Was told by one of their pharmacists to go find another mail order place.

Not user friendly
Clunky app. Seriously a lack of clarity and information that should be accessible to the patient. We are forced to use this and often miss the timing for refills. I don’t want to have to daily or even weekly access and agree to “automatic refills”. It’s NOT automatic it’s a pain in the a**.
