Digital Access doesn’t work
The digital access feature of this app doesn’t work. Called support and talked with the local management at my facility and no help whatsoever. They couldn’t get it to work. If you want to manage your account, I guess this app will help. Otherwise it just takes up space on your phone. Useless.

Hello, thanks a lot! My 1st storage unit experience has been absolutely fantastic! The customer service representative John, I spoke with in the phone deserves employee of the month. So friendly, nice, very professional and his customer service skills I rate 100/10! I hope he gets a raise. I arrived everything looks clean and organized. The setup of the building reassures my personal safety. Im confident my belongings will also be safe, protected and easily accessed. The rate was perfectly affordable. I absolutely love this place! I will recommend.. thank you soo much everyone. Time to go inside and unload I am so happy !!!!!

Need to get a better wireless connection. It would be faster to get out and manually pull it open. It’s an app connection issue

Extra space has an incredible platform for connecting your new space and needs with your time not theirs. That is an important factor for me as I need to operate my needs on my time. I was able to secure a space, get a lock and move in without ever needing anyone’s physical assistance at 9:00pm at night on a Friday! Thank you for making it easy…

Does Not Work
Rarely able to log on. This is the first time in months I have been able to log on. Completely unreliable.
App failure
Every time I log into the app, even though I have biometric set up, it makes me manually login and then it always asked me if I want to enable biometric, which I keep selecting us even though it should be doing this automatically every time I get into the app please fix

Today was the first time that I was able to login using the app. I usually have to get out of my car, but it actually worked today so that’s my only frustration with the app. I love everything about this storage space the price the location size of my unit, but I just wish the app was more consistent.

Rudeness on the Part of Your Employee
I called due to a mistake on a subscription and funds were removed that placed my checking account in jeopardy of clearing the rental fee. I tried explaining that it will be put back in 3 to 5 business days, However the person answering the phone at your facility was so very rude and condescending. I asked if I was calling at a bad time due to her demeanor, and she replied “Not at all and told me to have a Good Day” This is not what I read on your reviews, Which stated how polite and helpful your staff are. I Am TRULY NOT AT ALL HAPPY REGARDING THE ATTITUDE COMING FROM YOUR EMPLOYEE!! Life happens, A Mistake was made and being corrected.
