Can only be fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Has happened twice in less than 6 months. Very annoying. Cannot use discord digital access while it's doing this.

Only works 30% of the time
The gates only work ever so often and it’s always a different gate name so you never know which one’s going to open. I go to the same gate some days. It’s loading dock a some days. It’s gate B or something. It’s just always different and doesn’t work. it’s a lot quicker to just get out and open it yourself and less hassle with the phone

When trying to open the gate to the loading dock in front of you it will usually not open and will open the adjacent gates instead

Of all days to go off-line and not recognize my email or the phone number I signed up with…Wouldn’t recognize anything about my account the day I have to pay my storage fee.
App Doesn’t Work
Simply doesn’t work. When you open the app, it tells you to download the app. Does not allow you to login. Garbage. Just use their website, if you can get that to work. What a joke!
Robert is Amazing!
Soon as I came in, Robert was kind and very helpful! I had tons of questions since it was my first time getting a storage unit, but he answered them all with no annoyance or problems. 10/10
