App won’t stay logged in
Log into app. Try to do anything and it has you log in again in an endless loop. Horrible first experience with this company. Got voicemail saying to come between certain hours. Show up. Nobody there. Sign says they are on property and to text a number. I text. Reply says nobody is there and use kiosk. Kiosk requires log in and can’t. App won’t work. I’ll be going elsewhere as looking around I really doubt the units are climate controlled as I was told.

The facility is nice and clean, but app signup for new accounts was a horrible time consuming experience. That needs to get fixed ASAP.

I have been storing my items at Extra Space Storage for 20+ years. Property is spotless, on-site managers exceptional! I have NEVER had a bad experience! A special shout out to the Palm Bay location I am presently renting a space from. The office staff is top notch!

A LOT OF ISSUES AT LOGIN
At least on iOS, it’s been like two months that it just doesn’t let you log in and it makes you log out and try again, but it never goes true. I have to uninstall and install everytime
