Impossible to update credit card
Just keeps taking the money information without processing it.
Constant Log-Outs and Can’t Auto-Pay
90% of the time I open the app, I have to log in again through the website, even after setting up and enabling Face ID multiple times, even if I had already logged in that same day. This is my third month in a row receiving notification that my monthly payment is late, even though I have set up monthly auto-pay through the app several times now throughout the past few months.

From the initial call to the set up of the app was a pleasant experience. Cooper, the manager at the store is helpful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend the storage to any of my friends and family.

The app signup gets you to a place where it lists a zillion pages of rules but not a place where you can agree to them

Last times I wanted to use it to come in, i haven’t been able to, keep saying Error Found, used my internet and even the storage internet but still won’t open the gate for me

Renovated Storage Unit
I received outstanding customer service from Tom on Saturday, July 11, 2026. He showed me the new interior unit they reserved for me following the renovations they made to the office on Orchard Lake Drive. Tom set up the transition from the temporary unit to the permanent interior unit seamlessly and answered all my questions. He even recommended contacts who could move my boxes and bins for me. Tom was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
