Great Invoicing App
Invoice Ninja is awesome. Does exactly everything I need it to do without any hassles. Been using it for about 3 years now flawlessly. Was using another popular QB app for years and got tired of the constant increase in fees and monthly subscription charges/changes. Pay for Ninja once a year and it’s awesome. Thanks for coming up with such a good and straightforward app!!

confuse to navigate on this system
Like mechanic bussines man its need more facilitty to navigate like find old invoices like 2 years ago do not show up nothin. honestly frustaiting I thinking about change this program

Perfekt für’s selbstgehastete Büro
Wenn man die DSVGO ernst nimmt, sollte man eigentlich nur Software verwenden, bei der man die Daten im Griff hat. Das ist hier gewährleistet. Einfach, kostenlos, opensource! E-Rechnung inkl. ZUGFeRD. Besser gehts kaum, daher absolute Empfehlung!

Do not recommend for Uk users because in option menu is VAT and CIS. but it do not deduct CIS from net amount. It counting everything together.

Invoice Ninja is very good
I’ve got it running self-hosted, and it’s just a very, very good app. The web interface is good, the Android app is good, and the Mac app is good. I’m using it for consulting time tracking and billing. Really very happy with it. Had a minor issue self-hosting issue; posted on Github about it; they already had it fixed, just waited a few hours until it was released - that’s fast!

Great app but customer support needs a bit of work
The app is good, takes a lot of admin off my hands, but customer support and appreciation is bad

Love the app its a great price very user friendly the only issue ive run into is the customer interface customers can not view clean crisp invoices if they are detailed causing confusion
Exceptional Quality
I’ve been using Invoice Ninja for four years now. What stands out for me is anytime I have had an issue or question they were very quick to respond and give me a solution, or create a solution within the software. If you’re just starting out in business, I’d definitely recommend using invoice ninja. And if you’ve been in business for a long time and frustrated with your invoicing program, I also recommend using these guys because the invoicing software value and quality is exponentially higher than what you pay compared with other invoicing software.

So far, and I’ve tried many, the best openscource and self-hosted accounting software out in the market. Really recommended for freelancers and SMBs

Great app for small biz
I only have the free version, which, as a small-time entrepreneur, is robust enough for me. Super easy to use and track expenses, invoices, and payments. Love it!
Needs Updates
App needs updating. It does not reflect the web version and also widgets do not work
