User reviews

I love it

100% helps when you have no one who checks on your mental health or mood

Good

It’s helpful to have a place to check in and see if I’m doing any better

Really helpful in of a kind app

I suffer from mild anxiety and my therapist suggested writing down how i feel, thus i found this app. Excellent caring UI and gets the job of writing down how i feel perfectly, but on top the analyzer feature with possible triggers and log of what triggers and how frequently just means that I have a good understanding before even my therapist sessions begin. Kudos for making the app.
