Will not cancel my subscription
I have tried to cancel my subscription 4 times and they keep charging me!! Do not subscribe to this app!!!
Impossible to cancel
I used the in-app “manage my subscription” to request my account be canceled. I received an email from a do not reply address informing me to simply repeat the process. Searching for “cancel” in support returns no results. This app is a scam.
Do Not Use This App!
I have sent multiple messages to cancel my subscription to no avail! They don’t answer me at all. Worst customer service EVER!!!!
Dieting made easy
This app is well worth the money. It’s a little bit of an expense at first to buy all the groceries needed for the meals. But every week after that, you spend less at the market. And the meals, OMG!!! So delicious that it doesn’t seem healthy. I just started my 3rd week of my first month and I will be renewing this app. I could not be happier with how I feel right now. This is totally worth it

I don’t know how I got sucked into this app honestly. Wish I’d looked at the reviews. When I paid $50 for 2 months of access. I thought I got access to meal plans and videos and exercises. But apparently you had to pay extra for all that. Within 24 hours I emailed telling them this wasn’t what I thought and I don’t think it was what I wanted. And they pretty much said that’s too bad. No refunds. So all in all. Pretty pricey screw up for mediocre content.
