2 Big Issues
1) There’s no way to pay my bill in the app. I have the app because I want things to be convenient, having to go to the website every time is not it. 2) I signed up for the “paperless” option and opted to be emailed about account information. I have still been getting snail mail about my premiums for months. I NEED to have a reminder through the app about my premiums being due and a way to pay them easily. People are busy. They probably download the app to make keeping up with important things like this easier, but so far there’s not been any point to having the app. Please fix this and the app would be worth having
