Terrible User Interface

This app is excruciatingly poorly designed and subjects users to massive pop-ups that block the usable area of the screen, overlays that are nearly impossible to clear away, and non-MECE workflows that are not always logical. It should not be difficult for CIGNA to commission a better app.
