It’s funny how want to download the app? There’s absolutely no way of getting a hold of customer service if you can’t login.
Login issue
Always shows login error code you write them take 48 hours to fixed then 2 Weeks later same issue
Randomly Declined
Never know when the card is going to work. A literal mystery if you have access to your money or not when you need to use it, then they charge you a $.50 decline fee as an additional middle finger to you after they decline a $100 purchase when there’s thousands supposedly on the account. Junk, unfortunately the only card my company uses for bonuses.

It feels like it was developed in the 1990s
Antiquated, complicated login process. The forgot password function barely works. The customer service is mostly nonexistent. And Chatbot is useless. Probably the worst app dealing with money I have ever encountered.
Missing Funds
I transferred money from the app to my Venmo. It’s been a week and I still have not received the funds in Venmo , despite the app saying the money has left my Biolife card. Disputing is a whole inconvenient process. Yall charged me $7 to transfer $60 that went missing. Give me my money back already

Won’t let me in says update
It won’t let me update Iv deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still won’t let me have the updated version even after reinstalling it
The worst app ever
This is the most unreliable application to have your money on. Most of the times you can't open the app and the card is useless in many countries.
Won’t update
I sign in to tell me to update and I see the icon update now and touch it to take me to the App Store app page and don’t see update only see open app
Terrible
The app every now and then doesn’t lets me log in even though my password is correct it always lags. Now it’s saying i need to update it even though it doesn’t need one.
Fix your app
Forced to use this app that barely works most of the time. And now it won’t let me use it because there is supposedly an update that they haven’t pushed to the App Store and an unskippable pop up for it… rendering the whole app useless, yet again
Avoid transferring to other bank account.
It’s been 3 weeks since I initiated a transfer from mypaymentvault to another bank account and still getting squat by way of assistance and achieving a successful transfer. Their response time to issues is horrendous. Go to atm, withdraw money and go physically deposit in your bank. Far less of a hassle that way than what I am experiencing. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.

Horrible app. The Forget Password option does nothing. Customer service is a network branching dead ends with robots. If you get logged out of your account, oh well!

Trash Indian scammers
Call center is a joke can’t understand a word that they say. Payed $9 premium to transfer funds to my bank acc immediately. Nope… transfer wont happen until 7 business days. They are no help whatsoever. Scammers!!!!
Keeps Getting Worse and Worse
This app is awful. On countless occasions I’ve received an Error 451 code and cannot login. I followed the instructions reset my password however, when attempting to login again, I still received the same error. If you call the mypaymentvault phone number, you get a bunch of representatives that have absolutely no idea what they’re doing and will keep transferring you back to the main menu where you don’t get anywhere. I opened up a chat inquiry and was told that I would receive an email, which I did however they email stated that email is no longer supported and then I must use the WhatsApp phone number or the contact us section of the app/website. That’s all fine and dandy except for those of us that can’t even login in the first place. What a joke.

Most transactions denied.
The best card to have if you don’t ever want to spend your own money because they won’t allow you. Wanna buy on Amazon ? Denied for risk protection. Wanna buy cameras or expensive equipment with your own money? Denied . Wanna buy a cheap video game ? Denied. Most of your transactions will be denied and you will have to talk to a bot to ask them to allow you to use your own money. They will say it was for risk protection and try again. And it will still be denied .

My (Disappearing) Payment Vault!!
This service is top top top…. (What was I saying? oh, yeah~) misplaced notch! somehow right after the card gets utilized money comes off of it little by little so it’s best to spend it as fast as possible in one shot preferably also the app is trash. Even though it has a remember me option or remember my device option. every time you try to re-open the app it makes you go through the whole verification method all over again I mean how many verification hurdles do I have to jump through in order to get to a $20 card balance? or less….

The Worst.
Hate this low budget bank my employer uses to save a buck. Can't view any card info on the app at all other than the last 4 digits. Can't buy anything online and not even in person as some places require the 3 digit pin. Which none are visible via the app. Nice job devs!!!!
