Off to a good start

There are very limited futures, but it's off to a good start. So far, everything is stable, and it works quickly. I hope it doesn't get abandoned and all futures from the web version get implemented.

Fraudulent developer

This developer is a fraud. Signed up for this all 3-4 months ago. After a few weeks decided not for me. No way to cancel subscription through app. Contacted developer via email and phone. Being totally ghosted. Had to open up case with credit card company to force action for no more charges to my credit card. Total joke of a company here

Lacks main features but promising

You can see the tickets, respond or change the status of the ticket. It also shows the customized queue menus. Ads are not annoying, developer needs to make some money. I see that app was updated recently but mostly for push functions. There is a lot of room for improvement to for basic functions before people can use this much demanded app:
- cannot assign tickets to agents
- you need to login every time )which is not a big deal as info is preserved)
- pictures embedded by the WYSIWYG editor does not show up (just icon)
- you cannot respond in HTML editor hence cannot add embed photos in your response
- you cannot enter anything into custom fields, although it displays the existing values

Doesn’t work

SSL error even when certificate is valid. App doesn’t work

Doesn’t work

As soon as I log in on the app, it flips to the admin area and then logs me out right away bringing me back to the login screen.

Very easy to use app!

I host my own OSTicket application on a cloud server and have no issues. Opening tickets and updating tickets is a snap. I only wish I could edit tickets with the app. My OSTicket is just a few months new so it has not seen any real heavy use. So far happy!

Nope

Annoying Goole ads that interfere with accessing some of the apps functionality. Dev wants $2.99/month for the ability to create new tickets.. nope, fail & deleted app.

Don’t do it!

We used to use Spiceworks at the school district where I work, but the person in charge wanted to be able to search tickets easier, so we moved to OSTicket. It’s bad, wish we had stayed with Spiceworks. The web portal crashes all the time, it takes far longer to close a ticket due to all the missing fields that must be populated, but the crowning crappy glory is this app!!! I have never been able to sign into it. It crashes before I can finish filling in the site address and my login details. Just do your productivity a favor and avoid this like the plague!!!
