Love the new update!

This app is great and it just got even better with the latest update. A bunch of new features which I really wanted. Thank-you!

NOT simple

it’s VERY ridged

its aggravating and far too complex and its not clear what it wants in each step

you think it wants 1 thing but then the next step makes it clear you did it wrong

Response from developer

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry the steps felt unclear — the app is meant to make CBT simple and supportive, not frustrating. I truly value your feedback and will keep it in mind for future updates. If you’d like to share more about what felt confusing, I’d love to hear from you at support@squeakbyte.com. And if this app isn’t the right fit, I hope you find one that supports your needs well.

This app has helped me. And I wish it has Chinese version

This app has helped me deal with my fear and depression when i'm in a hospital waiting for a surgery. I hope it to has multi-language versions, in my case Chinese. My mom has been diagnosed with cancer, I want her to be happy for the rest of her life, but she doesn't understand english. I would appreciate it if the interface of and texts in this app can be set to other languages. Then i can get her download this app. I can do the Chinese translation work, as a volunteer.
If you're going to do this, you can contact me. I will check the latest reply regularly. Thanks.

5 stars

Great app! 5 stars because I love this app and the developer made a fix for an issue I was having with the swipe down (thank you, you rock!) :)

Response from developer

Sorry for the frustrating experience when accidentally swiping down. I have pushed up a fix in the latest version 1.0.2 🥳

Love the simplicity, sometimes frustrating

I really love the simplicity of this app but I’ll be honest sometimes it’s frustrating. If you accidentally swipe down on an entry you are creating you completely lose everything you’ve typed and there is no way to get it back. This is happened to me about 5 times using the app and honestly I don’t know if I can keep using it because of that.
