New Model: Pay Per View
We bought a license for Smarttask back in the early days of the product. Back then it was pretty clunky and there were a lot of workarounds. Fast forward and it’s improved a bit but they limit things like “timeline” views and such. If you exceed their limits they apparently charge you for the overages. We stopped using it a while back because “things just didn’t feel right” with the company. They are living up to these expectations!

Guys wake up it’s almost 2 years since last update
It seems like a web app rendering in mobile app. No application update since 2 years not sure are you guys out of business ? Kindly confirm so the we won’t waste our amount in spending for premium plans
Useless app in AppStore
UI looks very bad, feels like a web app rendering inside a web-view and lots of bugs in many places.
Cannot sign up
App does not allow you to create a new account. Enter email, name and pwd and “join now” button remains greyed out.
Superb app to get notifications about all tasks
This app helps me to get notifications which I forget. I stay organised while using this app. This app sends me reminder of the pending tasks which is of great use. The best project management software I have ever seen. Quality for money.
Half baked
The mobile app is pretty raw but the platform is pretty disappointing right now too. The calendar view is useless if you have more than a couple of tasks. There is no functional multi talk view. So if you are trying to manage a large number of projects, you wear out your scroll wheel trying not to miss things. The platform can be super slow at times as well. Hopefully they'll fix all of this someday.

The Best To-Do App + Asana Replacement
I love this to do list/project management app. It is replacing both Wunderlist and Asana for me. Wunderlist got shut down and there were certain features that Asana was missing for me. This apps layout (UX/UI) is exactly how I needed to be for maximum productivity. Unlike all the other apps on the market right now (and I’ve tested just about all of them), The UI is not crowded, which makes it easy to see what you have to do at a glance without a bunch of little icons and dates scattered all over each to do item, the way most other apps organize their layout. Smart task has reminders, repeat reminders, (Asana was missing this so I couldn’t use it) multiple views (task list, board, calendar, timeline), phone and desktop notifications (Asana was missing this so I can’t use them! I need reminders on my devices that I can set!), sub tasks, sub task reminders, assigning tasks to teammates, assigning sub tasks, tags, attachments, comments, projects, milestones, task dependencies, duplicating tasks, priority levels, due dates, custom fields, slack integration, permissions, recurring tasks… The list goes on. They thought of everything. They looked at what was missing in all the other to do apps and put them all into one app! I am so grateful to have found them.

A great mobile version of a great tool
I love smart task, I use it every single day on the computer to run my business. The app seamlessly connects and allows me to manage and keep track of my projects and tasks on the go.
Works well for me
I have a premium account, so I plan to use the mobile app quite a bit. It is very functional, but very basic. They really need to add the kanban board capabilities to this app from the website functions. I use this on the iPad quite a bit and building up the app to match the website features will be essential.

A seamless desktop to tab experience
I heavily use my desktop, the sheer amount of screen space needed for my work prevents me going to a laptop or a tab. My iPad is mostly for personal staff or entertainment. But it feels really liberating that I can take the core functionalities of my project management with me with this app. I can check up on progress reports and comment, even communicate while in the bed, Mich to my wife’s annoyance 😆

Review
Excellent system a specially for wunderlist refugees. It has all the things and additionally instant video chat between task members, dates and time, subtask assign, bar chart and many more. We are using for about forty members of our team and is essential part of our work flow
Couldn't even make an account
Downloaded the app, went to make an account, but the sign up button stayed grayed out the entire time. I assume it's because my password didn't match some criteria, but I can't be sure because there was nothing there telling me any of the password requirements. If you can't use an app, it needs to be fixed

The first screen is just a log in screen with no options, links or explanations on how to create an account.
