I have gone through what feels like every app and every desktop program before I found this lifesaver.
I have adhd and I’m a very visual person. I have a wild amount of whiteboards because it lets me take the tangle of thoughts in my head and lay it all out so I can see everything and organize and arrange and rearrange them. The problem with whiteboards is that they’re not very portable and they’re not permanent so if I don’t take a picture it’s gone.
This app is exactly what I didn’t know I needed. It perfectly complements the way my mind works and I wish I had had it all along. Everyone’s mind works a little differently so I can’t guarantee it will be as helpful as it was for me, but it is 100% worth trying.
My one tiny feedback is that I would *really* appreciate a desktop version for non macs.

Finally found the app that Organizes
Love it - I like how workspaces, Lists and Tasks interact with one another. Nicely organized, and easy to navigate.
Needs bi-directional sync
Nice design, but for me to use Stuff it has to have bi-directional sync between Apple Reminders and Stuff. I need to be able to add a reminder, and it appears in Apple Reminders and vice versa. It can't be just one way.

It’s like “Things 4” if those guys actually cared to update their extremely high priced and out of date app. “Stuff” is great!!

Really delightfully designed
Lots of little things add up to make the app feel nice to use. Details like quick edits, lots of power user features for organization, or TODOs that open up and push a bit away from the stuff on either side of it to give you space to read or edit. You can tell there’s lots of care!

First say using it, and i love it so much!
Spectacular!
This app does everything I need and I just love it! For years no To-Do style app has ever managed to actually hook me until “Stuff” showed up when I was just browsing around! My favorite feature is how I can scan a handwritten list my wife wrote and it will make it easily laid out for me, and I can set a date and time and I won’t forget to do it! This app has really helped me so much and I’ve only had it for a couple days now! I told my friends about it but they don’t have iPhone. I hope eventually there will be one for them too! Everyone deserves to experience this amazing app! Another cool thing is it’s a fun looking app without looking like a toy! Great job guys!

Better than Things app
As a long time Things power user I can tell you this is what I had hoped Things would have become over time w new features. Once they launch the Mac app it’ll be easy! Well done and keep pushing team! Would love the ability to use STT without it being Apple Intelligence fwiw! 🫡 would buy again

I’ve been through so many todo apps and most are ok but never totally clicked. This one did!
The UI is stunning and pleasing to use and excellent features! I’m a huge fan that I finally found a todo app I will love to continue using !

Amazing!
My perfect to-do list app. Really well polished and thought through. Every detail has been given attention. Really snappy, even with lots and lots of tasks. Has helped me to be more focused on what’s important, and to not let things fall through the cracks. Love it!

Great app!
Visually very easy on the eyes
5 Stars. HOWEVER Desktop version ??
Love Stuff (no pun intended). I searched multiple times since starting using Stuff as my MAIN to do with the SIMPLICITY to get out of the way, do its job well, while being easy and delightful to use and Stuff has been my favorite. THINGS fixed in my (and I’m sure many others’ opinion..)
BUT where/IS THERE a web or desktop version?? Sometimes you just want to see your list like cascaded to the left or right of the screen and just tackle those COMPUTER tasks. Super helpful.
Sometimes people are in desktop/computer mode of functioning/work and not mobile at all…

Great app but lacks subtasks
The app is amazing for organizing and planning tasks quickly and efficiently. UI is amazing as well, wouldn’t be wrong to say one of the best in a Todo app. But one important missing feature that i believe should be added soon: Subtasks.

Would Recommend
I’ve only been using this app for a little while, but the customization abilities and the different functions it offers are fantastic. I’ve hopped from to-do list app to to-do list app for a long time, and I think this one stands out. It’s definitely one I would recommend to friends or family.

This app is excellent! You can tell a lot of thought and care was put into each feature and the design. This app has everything you didn’t even know you were missing from a todo list before.
