Bad experience
I set up this chatbot on my website yesterday, and I've been running into major issues. There's a significant message delay, and I'm unable to reply to my customers. Unfortunately, this has made it a very frustrating experience for our support workflow.

Absolutely horrible app
Warning to business owners: I lost multiple customers because of Tawk.
When a potential client leaves the chat before you respond, you won’t be able to continue the conversation. Imagine having someone interested in your services, only to lose the opportunity because the chat system closes the conversation before you can reply.
I contacted support, but they said, this how we operate and we won’t charge that.
A live chat platform should help businesses capture leads, not lose them.

Excellent since 2018
We have used tawk.to for our online store since 2018 and have always been very happy with it. The app functions well and we pay for the live agent service, which has worked well. They are quick to answer incoming customer chats, always polite, and customers get the answers they need. Yes, sometimes over the years an agent may not answer a customer inquiry in a way that we would prefer, but that is few and far between and honestly something that should be expected when outsourcing customer service…it all comes down to the quality of the knowledge reference database that we provide to Tawk.to, which we have tweaked over the years and have reached a level where 99% of incoming customer requests are handled perfectly. Customers also like that they’re talking to an actual person instead of an AI. Overall I would definitely recommend Tawk.to.

Nothing work
Not work on the mobile phone device. And on web browsers only show chat icons if privacy accepted or if browser is in private mode. Mainly not work on mobile phone at all and not show the chat icon on the business website and that’s minus point that in this time everybody using mobile phone to look or contact business. So no thank you.

This app is pretty horrible
Doesn’t match the desktop functionality. For example you can’t seem to find past conversations which seem like a pretty basic thing you’d want from a chat app.
Great app for website view
Live the data it provided me about where people go on my website . Website version very confusing and hard to navigate but app is awesome. I am so grateful for all your hard work . Great job s guys

Whatsapp inbox not working
I am trying to open whatsapp inbox, it doesnt open messages I receive on whatsapp inside the tawk app. I see the messages on tiles but when i click on tile, nothing happens
Notifications don’t work
I miss so many messages from customers because notifications don’t work.

Chats keep crashing, and my clients have to constantly start new ones, which is annoying. There are no notifications that someone has posted. iOS 26. For me, the most important thing is that the chat is maintained and notifications arrive. Then I'll come back to this chat.
It works, kinda
I’ve been using this app for three years now, and it just kind of works. It’s very glitchy, not clean. Honestly just need slight work and it can be great. The chat function is tough. I regularly have to swipe up to reset and go back into chats just to chat.
Shortcuts are disappearing
With the latest update, all shortcuts disappear by themselves , can you deal with this problem urgently?
New updates are from bad to WORSE
On my iPhone the new updates are terrible. The icons on the top bar disappear and you have to close and reopen the app multiple times for it to show again also opening and answering tickets have the same issue.

Don’t count on it!
Chat notifications are missed about 75% of the time because the notification fails to alert. Unless I physically log into the app on my phone and tawk.to website each week, all notifications stop being sent to my phone. I have every setting set to blast the heck out of my notifications and yet they still fail all the time. Ridiculous and not reliable. If notis worked consistently, this would be a 5-star app. Do better.
