It was first time to get Waymo. It was easy to call and ride it. The car was clean, safe, and punctual. The experience was unforgettable.

So the new ones don’t have a handle to open door. Today it missed my stop, kept driving. Even when stopped by sidewalk it wouldn’t let me out after 3 mins of trying to open door it took off!! Had to call support took me for such a random ride then finally dropped me off. I was 30 mins late to work 🥱

What a great app/ride service. No talking, no tip hustle, smooth, safe (and obviously fun ride). Uber who?
So many issues
Parks in the middle of intersections, sometimes stops and the car won’t move forcing you to get out, the car will say it’s almost there then never come so then you go to cancel it and have to pay a fee
Where has this been all my life
So glad I moved to Nashville where we have this service. It’s super clean, convenient and safe! I’m an ER nurse so I don’t trust much, but I’ll keep using this over and over again!
