I don’t know why some people are complaining here. Even during the activation time drivers have accepted my ticket/or asked to just see the QR code. As some said, it’s great for when ur presto runs out. It’s definitely not a replacement tho, like i always have my presto anyways, for ttc. But if ur phone’s charged, u wouldn’t have any problems. You can also buy for multiple people with the app!!!! You can’t do that w presto, and would have to pay full price with cash.

I bought i don’t know how many tickets on this app, most of then are locked for some reason. Now the app doesn't even wanna work anymore, it lets me buy tickets but doesn't let me use them. Now all i see is a loading screen that takes 5 minutes to load and then asks to connect to wifi even though i am connected. It does the same thing on my data too, I had to walk home because I rely on this stupid app i am so done. If someone is actually reading this, don’t waste your time or money and get a presto instead/ use the presto app. I wish i could get my money back but nothing in this stupid app loads.
