  • Great daily journal

Even though I didn’t purchase any additional features, the free version is enough to encourage me to journal daily for about 2 minutes. Which is enough time to reflect on my day and practice gratitude.
  • Excellent, but always room for improvement!

I love this app, and despite a hefty price tag of $100AUD per year, it is half the price of a single psychologist appointment - for encouragement to continue to check in daily. Its worth it, in my opinion. It’s a great app and I’ve recommended it to everyone. It’s helped me identify some recurring stresses and negative thoughts in my life and act on remedying them.

I would love in the “Customised Journal” section if you could save the series of questions to repeat later - at present, you need to write the question and immediately answer. It would be much better to save custom journals with an appropriate title under a personal section (eg Acceptance Commitment Therapy practice).

A brilliant app, but I hope to see a few improvements to elevate it even further.

  • I had my doubts

When I downloaded this app, and found out it was basically journaling, I had my doubts. I had heard that journaling is a great form of therapy, and had even tried it before myself. This app checks on you 3 times a day and tracks your mood, gives tips on how to change your thought patterns, and encourages you to really think about what is the underlying issues influencing your mood. I have only been using this app for a week and I am already seeing a difference. My relationships have been improved a great deal because of this therapy. 10/10 would recommend. I would give it 5 stars but I can not afford the pro edition. I am really interested in finding how much farther I could improve my mental health with the pro features.

  • Looks good, but why?

Misleading as this is advertised as free. So why not give users the option to use this app for free. Via advertisements or other means. A 7 day free trial is hardly enough time for someone trying to build a new habit, or isn’t good at carving out time to do so consistently. Realistically I’d probably use this once or twice in that 7 day period and think “hey this seems pretty good” but do I want to give my credit card info just to find out if it works for me. Granted it is cheaper than therapy, perhaps I’m a complainer (working on it…) regardless, false advertising.

  • Genuinely so helpful.

I struggle to reason with myself, this app helps me work through my stresses and thoughts and at the end of it at least I have made some progress. Regardless whether I feel better or if I have made a breakthrough it’s all progress and to be honest without this app I probably would’ve done things that would’ve further contributed towards my stresses and mood. 10/10. It’s free, at least give it a go!

  • Yet Another Subscription Based App

Yet another app that was extremely deceptive about the fact that you need a monthly subscription to actually use it. Deleted and going back to my free journal app.

    Developer Response

If you're up for it, please check the app again and use our free version! You can use it forever with no limits on the number of entries you can create, without having to pay a nickel. :)
  • Better than expected.

    This exceeds expectations! I recommend.
  • Pricing model.

Great app, but I really wish the developer would consider creating an up front cost as opposed to a yearly membership. 40$ is steep people.
Another example of money being more important than supporting/assisting people.
  • CBT dream!

I started therapy in November and my therapist has been working with me using cognitive behavioral therapy. She has given me a lot of worksheets for CBT exercises to help with anxiety and worry and negative thoughts, but I find it hard to get myself to come up with things to write when using them. The guided journals through this app are a God send. They make it so much easier to go through the exercises when I’m having worrisome or negative thoughts I can’t get out of my head. It’s also helpful even to have a mood tracker and small blurb twice a day of how I’m feeling and what’s happening so when I meet with my therapist I can pull it up and go through the week easier. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with depression, anxiety, or any other mental health illness that can benefit from CBT!

  • So sad!

I want to be clear the one star isn’t on the actual app as I didn’t get a chance to use it because of the cost. Reallllyy wanted to use this app but after the week free trial you have to pay $99 and I just don’t have that kind of cash just laying around. I don’t believe in doing the trials if you don’t intend on paying for it. It would be good if you could cater to people with lower incomes that can’t afford to go to CBT therapy because of the cost. A monthly payment option is all I’m asking you to consider. This would be a fantastic asset to those wanting that help without access to FTF therapy.
