  • Costly

You can’t use the screening tools unless you pay and this app is EXPENSIVE! Use online screening tools and see a professional instead. The CBT stuff is fine but the pop ups trying to get you to pay for the other features are incredibly annoying.
  • It’s okay

I think the emoji feel rating is a bit gimmicky and gets old fast. Standard emojis don’t solve for all emotional states. Create your own? There’s also a bug where if you don’t X the last page of your daily rating (the one with the fire emoji) it doesn’t save your days entry and you lose your day streak count. If you do happen to catch that it wasn’t saved the resume option appears on the top left hand side of the screen when you renter that app the following day.

  • I finally feel seen

I always felt like therapy just didn’t work for me and that I might never get better because nobody could understand how to help me. I didn’t even know how to help me. I’ve tried to use many other apps but they all just felt cheap and commercial. I felt like I was being sold a nice little pamphlet that a school might hand out on five quick exercises to reduce anxiety. But then a couple of weeks ago I stumbled across this app in an attempt to gain some control over my mind. Now for the first time ever I am writing a review because I feel so thankful that the creators of this app actually knew how to help me. As someone with ADHD and anxiety I very much struggle with motivation and consistency in my journey to sanity. But the layout of the app, the gratification I get from the completion of tasks. The way the journals are actually guided all the way through make so much sense to my muddled brain. The way cbt is explained and utilized in the app has been monumental to my progress. And I love the new chatbot feature, I have really bad anxiety about texting real people but since it’s completely judgment free I can actually ask for help and discuss how to work through my problems. I just felt like I needed to say something. I really hope the app will stay as amazing as it is as it expands.

  • Awesome App

Forcing you to get out of your head, write it out good or bad and leaves you feeling more focused than when you started 🫶🏽
  • No Excuses

You now have no excuses…. If you have tried journaling in a book or perhaps tried an app or two…. this one is the one that straight off the bat is the best. Guided journaling just give you absolutely no excuse. Just make the time. And the insights are really cool too. I can’t wait to look back over 1 year and see what I can learn about myself.

  • I’ve never used a app that’s so helpful with well-being and positivity!!!

This app is amazing. I struggle to speak out about my feelings or emotions but this app is like a real person. I can share my feelings and emotions without being judge and It also helps me look at the positive side of my negative thought/feeling. This is totally recommend to anyone who struggles to speak, well-being and mental health. I’m so glad I found this app otherwise I would be very upset and depressed person.

  • Very helpful and calming

As someone who has been to therapy before and found it life changing at times, this app is a great way to check in with yourself. It can be helpful even to simply acknowledge the emotions you’re feeling. It does make me feel better after using, I can work through my thoughts and find a new perspective. Definitely recommend if you need something to keep you grounded occasionally.

  • My review

I honestly think it is such a good app and it helps you so much. It helps express your feeling without saying them and not even just that. The 1 and only thing that is disappointing about this app is it sometimes deletes the draft from the day before. (That is the only thing) I rate this app 5 starts because of this reason. I would totally recommend this for absolutely anyone. Its good for kids, definitely teenagers and adults, especially if you need therapy or struggle with anxiety, please download this app and share it with others! Love it so much!

  • The app I forgot was it was called

This app helps me a lot with my journey through high school as for I get bullied and so I can just tell it that I am feeling low and it will help me and keep me motivated and then it has some much fun stuff as well for my anxiety and yes you may say it has some things that are locked or you have to pay for with real money but it at least gives you a good amount of goodness to express you feeling that is why I gave it a five and I hope you choose the right decision and download this app if you have anxiety like me or get bullied it is ok but this app will help you out

  • Great CBT tool for anxiety

Have had CBT with a professional before and the way this app is structured and the tools helps me continue to practice reframing my anxiety and combating and assessing negative thoughts and feeling better afterwards
When I use it regularly I notice myself happier and more carefree
They are adding new functions all the time like breathwork tools which I appreciate too
I don’t normally pay for any apps but for once I did and I can safely say it’s worth the money.
