The app works perfect and I highly recommend trying it. I do everything electronically via my phone. *also the developers are listening, I got a e-mail after the app didn’t work saying it’s being worked on and was very surprised that it’s updated and working. TRY IT! THANK YOU

Touch ID doesn’t work
After multiple years with the old app, I updated to the new app today and now Touch ID doesn’t work. Am deleting this app. It is frustrating that after years of access, this is no longer working. My other credit card apps all work perfectly so it isn’t a problem with the phone.
Update: App has been updated to v3.0 after two weeks of v2.0. Touch ID enabled. Customer service was courteous but had no information re update.

Ridiculous!
For every 3 stars or less this app has is ridiculous. The touch ID is only meant for your password. You still have to answer the security questions. This is proper security. Why are people complaining? I love this service because now I know my money is safe. Those that complain are lazy people who don’t want to memorize their security password. Security is suppose to be tedious. I would think twice in partaking a credit card bank that only has 1 password to get in. Doesn’t seem secure. I give this a 5 star because it is easy to use and far secure than other companies.

Simple and yet doesn’t work
I do like how streamlined the app is; however, even though I’ve had Touch ID enabled ever since it was added to the app I always need to type in my password. And what’s more frustrating: I have to answer one of my security questions every time I make a payment even if I have just done so to log in. I’ve had a few information security classes and that just doesn’t make sense. If I’ve already answered a question to prove who I am the I shouldn’t need to do it again within the same session. But what drives me crazy is the fact that Touch ID doesn’t work at all, at least on my device. Obviously, if you’re already using this app you have very little choice on whether or not you use it. There isn’t an alternative for managing your credit card. Partly due to how bad this app is, I have opened another credit card account with a financial services company much better equipped to make an update an app.

Useful app
I like this app, it is continuously updated, though behind the times. It is SIMPLE and not unbearable with too many features. I like it for what it’s for... viewing transactions and paying my bill. I’ve never had a problem with this app. Some can say the logon process with TouchID is frustrating, though I like the extra layer of security. I’m glad that I feel secure with this app. The only suggestion I have right now is that I wish I can redeem my cash back rewards in the app. For this, I’m required to go onto the mobile site or desktop. If this was added, the app would be almost perfect! I love Élan, they’ve treated me well 100% of the time.
