  • My order NEVER goes through

    Every time my meal swipe goes through, my order is processed, and then a minute later I get a notification saying that my order needs “more clarification” and to “go in person.” The entire point of using this order ahead app is because I don’t have time to order in person and wait in line. My order is straightforward and clear. Also, each time this happens, I have to determine if it’s even worth my time to go in person because then I also have to clarify what’s happened and that I paid via Boost, and that’s why my card swipe isn’t working for the hour. GW and Boost need to do better, this is infuriating.

  • Boost’s latest update made it worse

    Boost got updated yesterday and not only did it kick me out of my account, not register that I reset my password for about 10 minutes, but also didn’t register my college’s menu as being open for orders when it should be and saying it’s closed for the day when the pickup times start in less than an hour. Now I can’t even order food ahead of time like I did in the previous version because the app registers it as being closed and won’t take the order. It also doesn’t put in the meal swipe payments into the payment method anymore for some reason. Until this is fixed, DON’T GET THIS APP.

  • App works… until it doesn’t

    Overall love this app! Has helped me out tons with saving time between meals. Up until recently…

    I have an account but lost my password. Everytime I go to “forgot my password”, I’m left on a never ending loading screen with no email sent. Same thing happens everytime I go to create a new one. Idk if this has happened to everyone else, but I can’t even use the app simply because it doesn’t work. If you guys could fix the issues with resetting accounts that would make my day!

  • Don’t get this

    It crashed every time I tried to say I was at the location for my order.
    As soon as the pickup time hit, I tried to press the I was here button for the uptenth time, and a minute after my pickup time, it said my order was complete.
    I didn’t get my order till 10 min later, after I asked the staff how ordering though this app worked. They had never gotten my order. But the app said my order was complete. We were all confused.
    Truly terrible. Won’t order through this again. Don’t download this app unless you wish to wait 20 min in anticipation for a meal that never went through

    Thanks for raising this issue! We've just released a fix for it in v7.10.4 - this was a bug for Chic-Fil-A stations that require a "check in" step before the kitchen starts working the order. Appreciate the feedback!
  • Unethical company, terrible app

    Boost employees came to my school and would not let anybody order food regularly, forcing everybody to download their app. This unethical, diabolical company and their rude and discriminatory employees prevented me and others from getting a simple meal. While hardworking, hungry students were wasting time downloading this slow and terribly designed app (need to hire some UX/UI engineers), the restaurants closed and we were forced to starve for the rest of the day. Had the employees not prevented us from ordering regularly, we would have all been satiated and pleased. However, due to Boost and their employees forcing their sinister and authoritarian agenda on everybody, we were not able to eat that day. Simply unethical and discriminatory to those without phones and to lower income individuals who can’t afford more storage space on their phones. Despicable!

  • Charges you and does not process order

    Please fix this issue, I paid for my food and the order never went through.
  • HELPFUL .. when it works

    I love the idea of Boost, it helps me skip lines and avoid having to talk so much. I just input my order and head over to pick it up. BUT it takes forever to insert my meal plan card, always telling me there’s an error. TOOK MONTHS before it finally went through and then when I tried to order something it keeps telling me there’s insufficient funds, I panicked and checked my meal card balance and there was plenty of funds left. So many issues that need to be fixed.

  • I LOVE BOOST

    makes it’s so easy to order! One recommended thing is having a faster time for small objects such as water, chips, prepackaged food. Because it doesn’t make sense to wait an hour for something so small.
  • Useless

    All of the food options disappeared and there is no way to search for restaurants, leaving the user to ponder why they can’t order from that spot. Are they closed? Too busy for orders? Swallowed by a sinkhole? A mystery to be sure. Whoever made this app should be stripped of their dev privileges, your spare parts bud.

  • So poorly made it’s not even funny

    Want to spend more time using the app then you do waiting for your food? Wanna look at a loading symbol for 5 seconds after every click? Welcome to Boost! The app made for 90 year olds who think the harder way is the better.

    My school uses this to order food on campus and it’s just so poorly made and horrific to use. Doesn’t work half the time. UNBELIEVABLY slow. Hope my school migrates off this.
