Pathetic
I ordered a s cup of coffee. The store said they didn’t have my order, so contact Boost app directly for a refund. Sent several emails, ZERO feedback or reply. My request was completely ignored. I just deleted this app. No more headaches with their wonderful CS.TaKooma
Does not work!
I don’t leave reviews often but this app is causing me great pain every single day.
Every food place that is close to my classes at the University of MN uses this app. Many do not even have a register anymore so if the app does not work you cannot buy food to eat. I have 7 hours of class and need to nourish my body during the day but the app glitches and will not let me upload my UCard information or my credit information. I can’t buy food because of this!! An error page keeps popping up for me whenever I try.
Additionally, the location services are terrible. The stores I am near do not pop up on the app and so I cannot buy food from the places I want. It is all incredibly frustrating and I am mad the university made this shift. I haven’t been able to make it work not even once and I leave the day starving and cranky.Show lessLilazella20

This App is Terrible
Difficult to navigate, difficult to place an order, difficult to get customisation you could easily get if you went there in person. Literally everything is awful about this app.Taticat9
No point in using this app
I used this app so I wouldn’t have to wait in line for my food. After about 10 minutes of waiting the app notified me that they were making my order. They were busy at the time so I figured it would take longer than usual. However, after about 20 minutes, the line died down and people who ordered after me were getting their food almost instantly. I went to the front and told them about my order and THEN they started making my food. What’s the point of using the app if you have to tell them your order anyways? It also seems like the app falsely tells you your order is being made even if it isn’t.Show lessI just need gems
Actually awful
If I had to choose between sacrificing the entire human race to aliens or to use this app to order food, everybody better take cover because the aliens are coming to kill us all. Literally how hard could it possibly be to make an app that actually works? And you know it’s bad when I’ve been scrolling through all reviews and not one review has 5 stars. Did the team behind this atrocious app get into a plane crash, giving them all permanent brain damage? Or maybe they are all just gradually losing brain cells as punishment from making an app so disgustingly terrible. I need to meet these people in person, because there is no possibly way these people are functioning members of society. These people must be inbred or something. In conclusion, if you want to feel rage enough to make you want to commit war crimes on several different countries, download this app. If you want to feel like a starving peasant who’s only source of food is this app, download it. Limited features. Panda Express allows you to split up your side into 1/2. This app doesn’t allow you to do so so you only have one option for sides.Fuechee
Doesn’t work
Randomly accepts or denies campus cards. No matter what I tried my card would not go through. Switched to browser version and got nondescript errors. Was not able to order any foodStarman in the sky
Awful service
Often orders either don’t go through, or the entire receiving end of the system is down - there’s no way to know your order was never received unless you watch your phone for the notif “your order is being made” too… awful. you can’t even add special requests or any other notes when checking out either. on top of all that, i had an issue where my campus card got reset every time i closed the app and had to re-enter details every time, for about 4 days. such a bad serviceShow lessAustin4711
