  • I hate this app! :D

    Last year this app worked fine on campus, but this year it won’t let me add my campus cards so that I can actually use the app. I have a passionate hatred for this app and the horrible customer support as well. Absolute worst support I’ve ever experienced!! :D
  • Not so good

    The app is super glitchy. I put in my campus card number and it keeps disappearing and I’m unable to re-add it because there isn’t an option too anymore??
    Super weird and honestly my school needs to change the mobile ordering service!
  • Boosting my free time

    I love boost! It allows me to skip two lines on campus (station line and checkout line). Food is always ready on time for me to pickup. I grab food in between my classes so this allows me to be super efficient and take control of my time. 10 minutes is not long to get to your next class AND get your food. Only thing I want is delivery, which I was told is possible on here but we just need enough students at the dorm to get it enabled so 🤞this happens soon with more people returning to school! Boo covid.

    Also, no hidden fees…. Same price as if you go into the cafe (and the same offerings if not more!) so why wouldn’t I order ahead?

  • Alright

    So far it’s ok, but recently it doesn’t not let me use the app because it requires me to update the app. Mind you the app has already been update but I can’t click out of it to actually use it. Developers definitely didn’t think it through.
  • App is in a feedback loop

    I have been consistently getting locked out. Whenever I try to order something or even open the app I get a pop up saying to update. Going to the update page I’m just shown the open app button. Reinstalling did nothing. Please fix this so the app is usable at all.
  • Does my Purchase 3 times

    A lot of times when doing frictionless shopping this app charges me 2x, sometimes 3x the amount I purchased, and I have to dispute the orders every time. This stuff takes a toll on my dining dollars
  • App is whatever

    Ordering food on the app is basic, nothing amazing or making anything super convenient. However, the contactless pay option where you just check in to a reader, grab what you want and leave could be cool IF there weren’t three employees standing by the door harassing you. I’d rather deal with one check out person, or even a line at self checkout than the bombardment at the door. I prefer not to shop at that location on my campus now when it was my favorite spot.

  • Useless app for the University of Houston

    Every time I use boost I always end up waiting in a line anyways because the orders are never ready when the app says that they are. Today the longer line at Panda Express moved faster and people got their food before customers in the boost line. After all of this Panda Express got the order wrong and now I have to go through boost’s sub par customer service to get my money back. I will be deleting the app and my boost account once I get my refund.

  • When will the basic features work?

    I select a location that allows a “meal transfer” option, and after selecting my order, it won’t allow me to apply a transfer meal.

    I’ve tried every on campus location that offers the meal transfer option and it’s all the same.
  • Not Ready for Finals Surge

    The app has been extremely glitchy during finals week at my school. Could be related to broader AWS outages though. Had to delete and redownload it to get it to work today, maybe that will help as well if you are having issues.
