  • Absolutely incredible and helpful

    This is the first time I’m leaving a review for an app because it’s been the only time I felt it’s necessary - because this app is a life changer. The simple daily exercises are so effective in planting seeds of positivity into one’s mind that it lingers on throughout the day. I’m working on a few different things through the app and can see a massive difference in my thinking already. It definitely goes hand in hand with getting professional help (which is obviously the first step) but this app will help reaffirm your thought patterns and the impact it has on your behaviour. Such a simple concept yet so effective. Just try it out. You won’t regret it.

  • Helpful Tool in the Toolbox for OCD

    I’m early in my OCD journey and while I definitely DO NOT think this can replace therapy, I think it’s a great accompaniment to therapy and other strategies, because a therapist cannot do it all, and I find this a helpful small thing I can do each day to boost myself and feel that I’m making progress to recovery.

    Use this on the good days to help you cope with the bad days! I recommend this app to everyone. Love the immersive sounds and gentle pictures.
  • Great App

    I love this app - The only thing that would make it better is if there was a Widget I could add to my Home Screen!

    I’ve been using the app for three days and I think that, combined with deleting apps that I use compulsively, has already helped me see an improvement in my thinking patterns. I would recommend this app to anyone that deals with any kind of anxiety, not even just OCD. At first I thought to myself “This is stupid, redundant, and isn’t going to do anything for me.” But I think the more I stick with it, the more it’s going to help.

  • Super glitchy

    I used to love this app, but it comes with a host of issues. Most recent of these issues, my toolbox which had tons of saved statements reset today for no reason. I have been subscribed for nearly two years now. Don’t get me wrong, it does help with my OCD, but the software itself is so so so disappointing.

    I’m not really sure where all of the 5 star reviews are coming from, but for a subscription service this app is disappointing and moderately scammy.

  • Work in progress 😊

    I recently started using the app as my anxiety and OCD got worse. I’m definitely still a work in progress, but honestly it has been a really useful tool to helping me navigate self doubt and obsessive thoughts. I highly recommend using this app and hopefully if you can therapy, it can work hand in hand with that. Lastly be sure to try and check in daily for a better result.

  • Great app

    I’ve been using this app for about a week - 10 days (a bit more intensively than the recommended 3-4 mins a day) and already I’ve noticed a shift in my thinking patterns to a more positive mindset. It’s also helped me to have the courage to stick with it when I’m doing CBT exposures and am feeling uncomfortable. So far, I’m extremely impressed by it. I also emailed the developer with a suggestion for a new feature and they replied immediately. It was really nice to see that they listen to user feedback. Thank you!

  • Best App for my Scrupulosity and Anxiety!

    I’ve never felt so seen and never felt so heard before this app. I always thought I was alone with my specific thoughts and feelings, but this app has already helped me a ton and I’m only on day 3!
    Seeing the good thoughts help the tree bloom and the bad thoughts break into pieces really help me visually.
    Thank you for creating this app. Thank you for the free trial to try it out. I will definitely be a paying customer. Thank you for making me feel not so alone in my ocd.

  • Thank for helping me.

    I’ve tried tons different things to help my anxiety and reduce my stress. This is only thing that has helped me stay straight. Unbelievable how something so simple as sorting your thoughts visually could work. Absolutely brilliant. My only wish is that I could afford the full version. This app is saving lives. Thank you for the hope you have given me.
