  • Cover almost all parkings

    Exhaustive and easy to use . I used it to find a parking at Magnificent Mile Chicago. I found a very chip and fully automated parking 1 min away my hotel. I stayed in Hilton Grand Vacation which is in a busy area.
    Explanation for finding the address was useful and precise. I highly recommend the app

  • Good service for airport parking, but beware...

    The parking was fine and the shuttle drivers were conscientious and helpful. HOWEVER... When you book parking, you indicate a time in and a time out. Well, the time out is very subject to change, with flight delays, baggage time, shuttle time, etc. I booked mine for 1 hour after my flight landed, and my flight was on time. Baggage took a while, LAX is a large airport and bags can take a while. Then, the shuttle took a while, and even made an additional stop at another location before arriving at the parking lot. So by the time I got up the elevator to my car on the 5th floor, winded my way down to the exit, it was 24 minutes past the time I booked, and I had to pay an additional $4 to get out. Then the card reader at the gate didn't work, so wasted more of my time getting an attendant to go get a mobile card reader to run the charge and let me out. I can't imagine that if I had booked my time out for a half hour later, the original booking price would have been any different, so this is a very deceptive way to get more money out of people. I'm sure this happens OFTEN to people, again, as airports and flights can be very unpredictable. Additionally, there is no way in the app to get an emailed receipt, for business purposes. If you click the "send email" link, it just re-sends the booking confirmation. Not very helpful!

  • Will steal your money

    We had to do a last second trip and used the way app for airport parking. Unbeknownst to us, their confirmation email went to our junk mail. Even when I searched “Way” in that folder nothing showed up because it was under “support”. I called the parking company to make sure that they had our reservation. Nope. They had no record of it and they said they were full. This was as we were driving to their lot. So then I had to make a last second switch to a different lot.
    Once we landed on the other side of the country, the first lot called and asked when we were coming. I informed them of the switch and the reason and they said we would need to talk to Way. At about that same time, the charge went through for the first lot. When I called Way to pursue a refund, they said no chance because they had proof that they had sent us an email and it was our fault for not seeing it.
    There are plenty of other sources for discount fares that won’t bend you over. I’ll be using them from now on.

    I had a terrible experience using the Way app to reserve parking near JFK. Four days before our departure, I booked a spot at a lot with a high Google rating of 4.7. However, less than 24 hours before our trip, I received a “free upgrade” to another parking lot without being asked if I wanted it. This new lot required an extra fee for SUVs and had a dismal Google rating of 1.4! By the time I discovered the change, it was too late to make other arrangements—we only had five hours to find a new parking space. When I called Way to ask why my reservation was changed and to revert it, they simply offered a free cancellation. This was incredibly stressful as we were worried we wouldn’t find another parking space in time. We had no choice but to keep the reservation. The new lot lived up to its poor reviews: it looked sketchy, and we waited over an hour for the shuttle. This experience was a major hassle and added unnecessary stress to our trip. I won’t be using Way again and caution others to be wary of last-minute changes to their reservations.

  • Misleading info on refunds

    I had to cancel my parking reservation, expecting to get a refund. Only thing way will give you is “way” bucks. The ad for parking advertised no hassle refund up to 1 hour before, I took the reservation and was not given a proper refund. Stay away from this app they falsely advertise and then take your money.

  • Good parking app

    So far, this is my go-to airport parking app. Pay attention to the details as you have to click on different tabs to get shuttle details. Overall, great prices. I once got stuck needing a Lyft because a shuttle wasn’t running, thus the need to check details before booking. I’ve always had a spot when I’ve reserved with this app.
