App doesn’t work …
A company that’s been around so long I has a scary poor app. You can’t enter information bc app doesn’t “save”. The discounts that’s offered don’t come up when attempting to purchase. You would expect a company that can rake in $100+ a person could afford an app that actually works! Can’t wait to delete this app. A HUGE WASTE OF TIME! I would NOT even recommend to my enemy … It’s that bad!Show lessandtom

Not great to book
We tried to book an evening ticket with bus and the app doesn't seem to work as offers you a pick up early in the morning. Also is a pain to buy a ticket online as you need to print it and bring lots of evidence: identity, card..,

Cubans were not happy!
The show was espectacular, fantastic… it was a truly manifestation of art, culture and real Mexico. Nevertheless, some Cuban people, that enjoyed the show were disappointed because we didn’t see our flag at the end of the show. Cuba and Mexico have a lot of history in common, we have been very tied to Mexico through the history. That was so disappointed.

Another thing. Stop been so ridiculous to force artists to were a facial mask… that’s too much. We couldn’t appreciate their faces. COVID is more than a simple mask.Show lessAlsudeste

Improvements needed on XCARET App
la aplicación se tumba/desaparece todo el tiempo. tampoco lo lleva a ubicaciones. es bueno solo para el mapa general. deberá preguntar al personal cómo moverse por el parque.im_jgonzalez
