iPhone 15/ios17
This app worked fine under my older, iPhone 14 and iOS 16. However it seems to work differently now that I have the new phone with the new iOS. The blue green line that normally moves back-and-forth sometimes shows up often does not show up the update time which used to be always very frequent within the last few minutes now sometimes is 30 or 40 minutes behindand the phone is with me and hasn’t changed location. It’s close to the pacemaker and I work from home and I know the Internet’s been fine. I always see the active there so I it says it’s active but I don’t see the blue and green line and we don’t know we see the updated time when I called in for support. They said that the app doesn’t work with iOS 17 yet. Really??

Rubbish app
The app doesn’t tell you anything. Would be good to have a record of your heartbeat. This app is merely a logbook. Very disappointing!
Cant review my own data
Absolutely absurd that you can’t see your own data and there monitor and cause and effect. Perhaps the Organisation is more interested in collecting a global database of heart rate profiles.
Not impressed !!
Lack of data and don’t understand the purpose less sending a transmission to your clinic. I also have to keep reloading the app ever couple of days ! Not helpful
Fonctions manquantes
J’utilise cette application depuis moins d’une semaine et il y a des bugs constants. J’ai eu des problèmes de connections et je n’ai plus accès à la fonction « enregistrement des symptômes » qui est la plus importante…pour une application essentielle c’est décevant….
Clinic friendly , not so much patient friendly
3rd pacemaker came with this capability. 1st scheduled transmission occurred wit no action or awareness on my part. All good. Disappointed that only patient info is journal style input by patient. No interaction between patient and pacemaker app other than battery life. Expected far more real time Device to Patient information sharing. It’s a one way street to clinic only. With today’s technology, there’s no reason patient should be excluded from available information available via this app. I’m 100% heart block m, totally dependent patient. My expectations were dashed when I realized the limits of this app.

Good App Needs an Update
For the most part this app works ok but the updates are lagging. It should also be able to work with latest iOS betas like 17. As a beta tester with a device I have to choose to either have two phones or don’t test. That’s my job as it should be for your IT to keep app current. Also it would be great it you’d integrate it it to the iWatch. Come on Medtronics get it up to date.

Not working for me!
27 years and 4 ICDs!
I have had Medtronics ICDs for 27 years, and through those years the devices have saved my life three times. I have the highest confidence Medtronics leads in quality, innovation, reliability, and service. Their ICD products have become progressively more user friendly and expanded in capabilities.
