Too many hoops. Too many bugs.
I understand the inherent need for politicians and bureaucrats to get their hands on other people’s money but this isn’t the way.
All I wanted to do was make one trip on the Houston Tollway to avoid towing my camper through Houston or around I610. Every time I called to ask how to do that I got different answers. When I tried to configure the app I couldn’t get the active vehicle to agree with what they told me in the phone.
Now am waiting for refunds from two cancelled accounts and I’ll be using I610. Way to make an out of state visitor feel welcomed Texas!Show lessXyz145792xcv
Good luck using this trash
It will likely not accept your username/pass on a Sunday when you're trying to get things done. Figures, these monopolistic type services don't work on Sunday. It's like they don't care that 4 million people drive on their roads.
Guess when you can just charge fees to anyone and everyone you don't care about service. SADShow lessGator9358
Started off good
I started using this back in July and everything was going well. My toll charged were being deducted and I was able to keep up with my balances. After Harvey, when the tolls were free, I haven’t been able to get an accurate balance. Some tolls get deducted, some don’t. The app is constantly down for maintenance. Nice at first
The app was great until HCTA stopped updating my account. I have to call every time if i want to a my vehicle for a specific time frame. If the office is closed I’m screwed. States that I have violations when I actually don’t. Funny thing is the app has no problem taking my money.cd5511
Terrible-only works half the time
Initially this app worked great and I was able to use a few times. After a few months, it stopped clocking usage and also kept saying all my. Ara had to violations, so I couldn't add them. When checking with the HCTRA, it says I owe nothing. I think the app isn't being updated or sticking with the system.Show lesstruthfulbatman
Down for maintenance
Downloaded specifically because I only need to use Hardy Toll when family visits. Can't register because they system is down for maintenance until June 12 which is 2 days away. Not useful or helpful at all and Harris County really needs to get it together if they expect people to not complain about traffic.Show lesscastlegirl
Great for infrequent users
I don't use the toll roads much and don't want to pay $15 for a tag I'll never use. This was the perfect solution.Leah1987223

Amazing app for people whoare from outaide houston and visiting for Super Bowl...
This will definately avoid crazy cash lines and save travel time...
