Need an update
The app is very easy to use. You scan your machine add them all to your basket and check out. Wish there was an option where you can upload money first. I feel like I’m constantly adding machines and checking out to have the machine start. I look at my bank and there’s all these transactions. I never received any type of points and it states you can earn points. The creator needs to do some type of update.Cvirgo
Problem recovery my account and creating a new account
I don’t have access to my previous phone number so I registered again with my new number but when I was putting my card info it didn’t let me continue bc it says that CARD is already been used by another account. Which is obviously my previous account when I had the other phone number.
What solution can offer me I don’t have any other card I can use to link with my new accountGeorgee_

Needs Updating, Not Terribly Bad
Pros:
-Easily connects to machines (at my laundromat at least).
-Adding payments and paying itself is easy.
-QR Code/camera function works well
-Can sign up with just a phone number and login with a short pin.
-Haven’t tried it, but you can add machines to yo ur cart and pay for all of them at once when ready.
Cons:
-No dedicated tab for your machine timers. It’s hidden under your profile tab for some reason.
-Not up to date, absent developer team (TWO YEARS!!!).
-Rewards program needs to be stated in app on “how to earn” rewards. It seems a lot of people have trouble with earning rewards in general or cash back. I mean it does say you earn it through scanning, but I haven’t gotten any rewards with my second use.
-The sign-in interface is not really user friendly. I was able to figure it out, but having that awkward “sign up” bar on the right is jarring. Just put “sign up“ on the bottom of the login like all other apps.
-There’s a notification option (I’m assuming for your machines?) but I don’t think it’s clear what it’s for?
Overall if you use a smartphone and don’t carry change, use this. It’s just very outdated and needs some attention from the developers in order to make it better, yet it’s less clunky to use change.ChrisCritical

Very frustrating use
This app will work wonders at first but after a while it starts to glitch out really bad. It ate $10 from me after saying a machine is “not ready” or give an error message, I would try it again and it will take more money from me. Sometimes it will randomly not work, no matter how many times you restart your phone, delete the app and restart it, it will still give me an error message saying “machine is not ready.” And I have to drive back home and get my credit/debit to get change when the whole point of this app is to not have to resort to that because of an annoying glitch. Very disappointed, do better with this app.ndjcienfj
Don’t use it’s a scam
Made an multiple accounts because every time I closed the app it changed my pin try to reset and doesn’t work just wasted my time and I can’t add my card to the new accounts because I put it on the first one which was completely deleted without notice. So in all don’t download unless you want to waste your time and give them your card information just so they can say its used by a different account.Thompsanm1a1
