Need to do better
I absolutely love the convenience of this app BUT I don’t gain any rewards and I’ve been using it for a couple of months now and there have been several times I used this to start a machine and THE MACHINE DIDN’T START! And I assumed maybe they’ll just have the charges pending but will only deduct for the amount when the machine ACTUALLY started, but NOPE they charged my card for EVERY SINGLE TIME! I didn’t think it was a big deal the first two times but when I went to check my bank statements, that’s when I noticed that it did charge my account for each time, even when the machine didn’t startme_and_you_x2
This app is a SCAM!!!
Do not use this app. I never works on the first payment. You basically have to pay twice for it to register with the machine. 0 customer service support on top of that. Uninstalling IMMEDIATELY.D@niel23
Stopped working
About a year into using it at my local laundromat, it stopped working.
It no longer allows me to use my cell number and says “error occurred please contact administrator”.
The manager at the laundromat has no idea what to do.

Great app and customer service
I had to go to a coin laundry because our washer went down at work. I used this app—it was simple and easy to setup and use. I assumed I would have a feature where I could print off a receipt so I could get reimbursed. It did not, but I contacted their customer service. They responded quickly and were nice to deal with. They provided me an invoice that I could submit for reimbursement. All around, it was a pleasant experience. Way easier than having to use coins!$hee$e77

Keeps taking my money
I put in for $2.75 for 66 mins and it only pays out for 56 mins. No way to call or nothing to report this. This is probably the 3rd time this has happened. From this point forward I will no longer use this app and only pay cash so I don’t get robbed again.Nani_93
Server issues
I have tried adding my address for hours now to I could use my card. It keeps saying can’t connect to server!!Jennifer1086
Easy to use
Everything was easy to use. I did have to ask someone how to start the wash. Wasn’t clear that you had to tap on basket buttonForgetthenickname
Haven’t used it but already hate it
What an inconvenience for a normal person trying to wash clothes. This is supposed to be the future? Awful. I wish we could boycott these laundromats using this but I’m sure some people depend on them.JosephAguado
Neat App
I love paying with an app, hate having to deal with quarters. This app offers loyalty rewards and I’ve used it every week for the past year, I have received $0 in rewards. The only reward I got was when I download the app, it gave me $10. Nothing since. They should at least remove the loyalty section since it doesn’t actually give you any rewards or revamp the whole app so that it gives rewards properly.Ataraxia1987
