I use this app at the laundry mat I go to. It sometimes, not all the time takes my money without putting time on my dryers. Luckily the people at the laundry mat are nice enough to give me my money back. Please fix this bug! If it gets fixed I’ll update my review.B jobs
FALSE CHARGES!
The first time I used this app I thought it was great. Until the last 2 times I’ve tried to use the app, and the washing machine never received the signal, and I was charged by the app anyways. I gave the first time the benefit of the doubt and tried next laundry trip. Again I was charged for services that were not performed.
This is a horrible app. There’s no way to contact a customer service rep through the app. There’s no intuitive way to look at previous charges in the app. DO NOT USE! Love the idea, but totally disappointed in the execution. The developers have a A LOT of work to do.sofizzle

It is convenient and use all the time but not sure what it takes to get dryer minutes? Do you need to use your loyalty points first? Would like to see more information about the app in the info section. Otherwise I like itfriends abroad
