Would be nice if temp selections worked
Got my laundry started just fun but at the wrong temp, now I can’t change it. Why let me select a temp through the app if it won’t register on the machine?laundy man
Very convenient!
I love this app. I am not always able to get quarters when needed and enjoy the added convenience of using my credit card. Works like a charm for me. I don’t understand the problems others are having. I also received my loyalty reward of $2.75 as promised immediately after first use. I have yet to see any reward pints for use just yet and the app could be clearer if it’s awarded daily, monthly, or yearly. Another customer showed me her rewards and she accumulated a lot so I know it works. We’ll see. I use this app about once a week to do 1 super duper load so I don’t expect to see a lot. I added my credit card while on home secure WiFi and haven’t had any problems selecting it and paying. Overall I’ve been very happy and will continue to use it.Bookgirl2010
Zero star rating not an option
The local laundromat just switched their machines to use this app 2 days ago. I found out the hard way by going to the laundromat. As stated above zero star rating is not an option or I would have given zero stars. The app is VERY difficult to use. You attach your debit or credit card to it to pay for your washer, it is not easy to add funds. Some washers do not start, as happened to me and I had to switch my laundry that already had soap added to it to another washer. The young lady helped somewhat but kept saying that there were glitches and quirks in the system that they were trying to make a list of. I get it is new to the laundromat, however I was extremely frustrated and upset that it took over 30 minutes to load and start my washers using the app. It is NOT user friendly and I would definitely not EVER recommend it to anyone. I would say only get the app as a last resort and expect to be extremely aggravated trying to use it.leeshe601
WORST APP EVER
There are no words to ever describe the horrible experience using this app. If you value your sanity and respect as a human you’ll never have to infect your phone with this filth. If a place requires you to use this app you might as well rip your own tongue out and slap your mom with it because honestly that will be a more enjoyable experience.YoYohipyyo
Useless
Keeps telling me my card isn’t added although it is - so I can’t use it at the machine. If I have to use cash to add money to my wallet then why do I need your app? I can put my cash directly in the machine. This is silly. Nobody has time for this.Lpsspork0121
Frustrating doesn’t work
No option to fund wallet. Can’t pay with a credit card. Can add a credit card. But can’t pay with one. Stupid app.MarcxStarman

Doesn’t work
It keeps saying I have no money in my wallet for some reason. It doesn’t give me an option to add money or whatever. I thought once you enter your card information, money will be taken from there but I guess not. I even had my stepdad download the app & try it out but he was getting the same thing._esanchezz
