  • Need an update

I love the convenience and security of this site.

What I think is desperately missing is a link to communicate to the Pharmacy or your physicians when your medications run out of refills. It would be such a useful tool to request additional refills for medications instead of chasing down multiple doctors and offices to make this request.

  • Not worth my time

Your security has made my health e vet unable for me. The system cannot verify my cell phone, yet the va calls my cell for appointment reminders. Now the only way i can order prescription refills is by phone. I really hope you haven’t messed that up as well, I just might have to quit using the va health care system.

  • Problem ordering meds

Hard to order since the app don’t let you see the whole prescription that you are trying to order and usually went you hit one it order all your prescriptions. They need to get this fix
  • It works good when it works

I do like the app when it works. The thing I don’t like and makes me so dang angry is I have to try logging in 5-10x. I go through the whole log in process to get an Err message every time and I have to go back and started over. I can log in and it work maybe 1x in 2 weeks!!! So aggravating!!
  • Easy to use.

I love using this app to fill my prescriptions. It is fast and so easy to select my prescriptions and request a refill. The only thing I wish when the prescriptions are expired I wish there was a way to notify your provider to renew the prescriptions through the app.
  • HELP!!!!

I feel deserted by the VA. I do NOT even have a General Care Doctor. Please help! I’m Mark Pedersen 2645. I’be asked for an appointment at the Mountian Home clinic and never heard back. I’m a diabetic, my subscription are/have expired…they don’t show up in the app anymore. I’m a bladder cancer survivor…it cost me my bladder and prostate…I need supplies for that, all no longer listed in the refill app. I’ve been under the VA care for about 10 years most of those I lived in St Louis moving to Arkansas went smoothly at first but now you all have just abandoned me….was it something I said? I’ll call the clinic tomorrow but I’m very disappointed with your service, it feels like you all would just appreciate me to pass.

  • Excellent

The speed in which these pharmaceutical people work and respond is absolutely phenomenal. I appreciate the attention to my account and especially my prescriptions. Thank you all ;;)

Like the website . Would be easier, since I have several prescriptions, to add if it’s a 30 or 28 or 90 day refill and show date it will run out so I can easily mark my calendar. Otherwise it’s a crapshoot as to when to order. I work, run a house and yard and maintenance on car etc. just think it would help.
It’s a great website and easy to use,

  • Too many Bugs

Using an iPhone 12 Mini, my user name is all lowercase and this App keeps changing the first letter to uppercase.
Also “Return” to previous screen (arrow at top of page) does nothing at all. There is no way to log out of this App except to terminate the App.
I will continue to use the slightly better laptop version.

    Wonderful site!
I like it much better than calling in prescriptions. It doesn’t take as much time and it is efficient!
Also the history portion let’s me know if I should order my meds without shaking the old bottles. Lol
    Thanks VA!
