  • Happy this app is here!

I’m so glad that this app finally exists!!! It’s simple to use and makes every step of the medication process easy to do. I believe that the VA is truly making a huge effort to try and make every veteran’s life better and more manageable with these apps. With that being said, you should give them a chance and try of each one of them out.

  • Ordering prescriptions online

Great service. Suggestion please allow us to verify and/or change shipping address. We winter in AZ and would like to verify shipping address before submitting order. Thanks for your great service
  • Finally

Nice to see anything about the federal government, let alone the VA, start catching up to how things are done in the private sector. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is there is still work to be done in terms of catching up to how things work when dealing w an actual business. -but it’s a good step in the proper direction

  • Unable to connect

I received a message saying I have 2 telephone numbers in which prevents me from signing in and to call a number to report this problem. I've had the same telephone number for 20+ years. I was told this is not a unique problem and may take up to two weeks before being able to sign in. I was told that I could call the VA to refill my meds but do you know how long it takes to get through to the MPLS VA?!

  • Why the change?

Why change what worked great? Not notifying veterans of this change is about the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of.
The app is hard to find, it doesn’t look like a government page. Sign in stinks. I used to sign into MYHEALTHEVET and have all my medical information at my fingertips. Now I have 3 apps to search through to find information that was easy to find.

  • Confusing To Say the Least

Navigating the VA online health system is a nightmare, to say the least. It has 4 log-on options and rejects previous log-one used. I can’t schedule appointments on the website and the apps are fragmented. One would have to be an MIT computer science major to navigate this system. I feel sorry for older patients who did not grow up using computers. It’s as if the VA is trying to discourage vets from using its services. Shame on the VA!

  • Retired First Sergeant

The V.A. does an excellent job especially by providing systems such as MyHealthEvet. Veterans can track all health appointments and medicines at home from their phone and it’s especially helpful reordering prescriptions day or night. No waiting on hold, the medicine comes right to the mailbox. It’s a perfect system. Thank You.

  • Good potential/bad execution

This system has potential but in practice is terrible. You waste 5 minutes going through multiple levels of authentication just to refill long term meds that should be sent automatically like other pharmacies do. And then active medications are inexplicably unable to be refilled through the app. Instead of being able to send your doctor a secure message, you have to go through the whole thing again on the computer or waste 30 minutes going through the VA phone tree just to leave a message.

  • Med listing of my approved meds for refill

I wish I could show the meds that are active in my account but the VA website here does show most sometimes not that critical meds that I need. I wish they would improve the accuracy of my medication list because they may be failing to do so with other veterans also. Thanks, Ernie
  • Finally a Solution

The RX app sure ended my frustration with trying to fill a mess online and trying to get someone to answer the VA refill phone line! I’m glad I could just scan the label. It was so easy. Thank goodness the VA finally has an answer to the computer crashes.
