  • 1st time refill on my proscription

    This is so much easier then using the phone for presentations. Less time consuming. I wish I new about this app years ago. Thank you VA.
  • Takes too long to log on

    Most apps require extensive logins in the beginning, but then you switch to a more simplified biometric login procedure (ie fingerprint).

    To use this app, I first have to enter DS login (which requires not only for the VA site to be up, but the DMDC one. Then I have to wait for a text message and type that in, then they want me to sign up for a third security procedure, which I say skip, but it keeps insisting every time I log in.

    Come on, I realize my prescriptions are PII, but so is my banking information and in the time it takes to get in to this app, I can check all my credit cards and bank accounts.

    We're sorry to learn that you have had difficulty signing in. VA is aware of this issue and is currently working on a resolution. In the meantime, please contact the Health Resource Center Help Desk at 877-470-5947 for assistance.
  • Easy access, save me time?

    This app is worse than having to call the pharmacy and verify yourself several times just to get a refill. This app takes you through a 15 minute authentication process just like we did to setup my healthy vet. Absolutely ridiculous to use your my healthy vet login then have to be sent over to some place to verify your ID with your drivers license and other personal information pulled down from the credit reporting agencies. Then go through another two factor authentication frustration. seriously I had to go through 5 different authentication steps to use it.
    Unfortunately it also automatically logs you out after a few minutes, and you have to go through the authentication process again. What a piece of crap!
    The fools who develop it simply made it more Cumbersome and difficult to use than any other app on my iphone.

  • Terrible new system

    Can not verify ID and need prescription refill. Have tried 5 different times. No phone number to call. We have made no address or phone number changes. System does not tell what is wrong. Terrible new system. Took a great system and ruined it!!!
  • Refill ease

    This was my first time actually using the app to order refills the process was TOO Easy.
    You can select all the refills on the same page and submit.
    If this works out with my refills I will continue to use.
  • VA prescription refills

    It is so nice to be able to order and receive prescriptions in the mail. Not only does it help with time management but with the cost of travel to the hospital, it is a way to relieve some of the daily problems. Thank you to the people that work behind the scenes to help veterans like myself out. You never hear about some of the non-combatant hero’s. Thanks

  • Fantastic Incredible care!

    Medical care and help and kindness and professionalism that I have received from the VA clinic in College Station Texas and the VA hospital in temple has absolutely been phenomenal.
    The staff and medical team are better than anything I could’ve ever imagined. Five stars is not enough. God bless you all.

  • Granted Remarkable Room 4 The Best!

    I’ve as briefly stated it’s great to do a first try and feel there’s little things coming around the edges with our typical “Attention to Details Attitude” Case and point, in my request today did get a refill I could wait for and found Sadly more than 1, “Discontinued” so since I realized your end it’s not alone for the Status, why leave to the Vets to work it when eEspecially” with some of Us been in the System for so long, it’ll taken only a Mini Text to the Primary’s Point and all Meds BOUND to BE NEEDING REFILLS SHORTLY UNTIL WE ARE GONE TO REPORT TO THE LORD UP ABOVE AND I GIVE EVERYONE AT THE VA THE ULTIMATE BREAK!!!

  • Serves its purpose

    Overall I think the app works well for its intended purpose. My main complaint (and I hope it can be added in a future update) is the lack of Finger / Face ID for logging into the app. The VA app has that feature I’m not sure why this doesn’t. Please add, thanks!
  • Easy to use

    This is the first time I’ve used this app on my phone and I am very pleased with how convenient it is. I love Myhealthevet but being able to just go right into the prescriptions is so much more easy to use
