  • Can’t say enough!

I’ve been receiving my medication’s from the VA for four years now. They automatically refill when they are needed, and they notify you if there is any education that you need to know about your medication. I wouldn’t know what to do without the VA pharmacy. Thank you so much for helping us.

  • Refill VA Prescription’s issue

As many vets are older and prone to forgetting, the way this app handles the connection to DSLogon is not ideal. If I enter an incorrect password and then decide to try a different gateway such as IDme I cannot disengage from DS logon.
It seems my only choice is to delete the Refill app and reload it. There needs to be an overlay button that allows me to cancel the logon. I tried using the back arrow and when you finally find a cancel button the app sends you back to the DSLogon screen.

  • Genius!!!!!

The only way I remember to refill my prescriptions is by adding an annoying application to my screen that dominates all the focus of all of my attention which therein made due the need of an app that is too in my areas of attention and focus. My screen.

    THANKS!!

    It’s genius.
  • Disappearing meds

In the last few months I have had problems with medications disappearing from my medication list. Hypertension and proton pump inhibitors being the most recent issues. I know that I am not alone in this respect because I have 100% disability for chronic depression and anxiety I am at my local VA clinic quite a bit and just this last week I have heard vets at the check in desk having to beg for their meds. Constantly getting off and on some of these medications really does both the vet and related health care providers no real good. Also in my case having to fight you people to get my meds only increases my levels of Anxiety and Depression.

We're sorry that the medications list is not displaying the medications you are looking for. We are investigating potential technical causes for this issue. If you find that the issue persists, we recommend contacting your care team to ensure there is no gap in your medication. Additionally, if you experience issues within the app itself, please contact the Health Resource Center Help Desk at 877-470-5947.
  • Frustrating.

Just like every other VA App it barely works. Doesn’t stay logged in and makes me enter my log in info repeatedly on ID me and DS login over and over until it finally lets me in. This can take up to 10 attempts to work. Sometimes I just get stuck in a login loop and it never actually logs me in. So frustrating. Wish the VA would take their patients more serious.

  • Horrible login

This app is no longer working. I go through the login screen and use the Authenticator app or use the text verification method. All the app does is take me back to the login in screen. This app is a complete waste of time and is worthless to me anymore. I know there are other ways to access prescription refill requests, but why have an app and not be useful? None of the VA apps work the way they should.

  • Login is painful

While I understand that “MFA” is multi-factor authentication, the developers took this further and applied every factor available to login into this app. You do know that the majority of users are aging Veterans, right? So, I still have to use DS login, which may not work the first time. Then, I have to use an Authenticator app, and after that I then have to request a OTP that’s texted to my mobile device! It’s already painful to login with DS because doesn’t always authenticate the first time, so using my mobile device that is already secured, I would expect for this to work more smoothly. Putting into perspective, my bank doesn’t even have this level of security! Due to previous government leaks, my info is already out there so what other information are people looking to get from this app?

  • Needs work

It’s not necessarily the VA apps themselves, it’s their login authentication system, which is based on two-factor authentication. The problem lies with the system timing out all the time then leaving you in limbo. It happens on all VA apps as well as their .gov websites. Make a tfa system with better connectivity that doesn’t time out all the time. It took me two weeks to be able to log into this app.

Also. The Rx Refill app takes weeks to fill a prescription. God forbid you refill something important using this app. It could get someone killed.

  • VA Refill App

This is a very easy a to use. Very user friendly. Love the convenience of using the app to refill prescriptions rather than having to call in on the automated line; much easier!!
  • Rx Refill Mobile App

The VAMC continues to provide outstanding services for all veterans and their families.
This excellent program for ensuring veterans can get their prescriptions filled accurately before the expiration dates makes sense.
Thank you for offering this feature.
