  • Should be integrated into the other VA app

    Also no face recognition
  • This app is terrible

The title says it all—— slow and buggy
  • Give me time to use the app before asking me to rate it.

Pestering every time to rate it
  • Med refills

Very good service. I always receive my meds within a week of ordering them. I love the convenience of this app.

    Thanks,
    Jerry

Very good app for RX— impressed with ease of completing— I think of the phones used on board in the 60’s—difficult to operate sometimes just communicating from dep station to station— so much good innovation

  • VA RX App

It’s convenient, easy to use. I do appreciate that.
Area for improvement is linking reality of my address associated with my VA pharmacy and “home clinic “.
I moved to a different state, before leaving I went to the VA hospital and informed them about me not going back to that hospital and pharmacy. I established my new places with the VA very soon. That was a year ago. Today I have available refills at the old pharmacy in a different. I mistakenly clicked the old one and they sent it all the distance when there’s a pharmacy in my new town.
Also in hot southern areas our meds sit in over 110 degree mailboxes yet they know the meds go bad in high temperatures storage.

Love this app, it doesn’t have all and pertinent info, but I’m hoping to see this change because I love the ease.
One thing I wish I had ability to do on this app, is a button I can press and send communication to my doc to renew long-standing meds. Like nitroglycerin. It’s not listed on the app, and so I now have to call my dr.

Two problems. First, cutting pills in half is a problem. Mainly my age has made my hands less useful and due to the painful hand cramps it is difficult splitting pills. Many pills are so dry they turn to dust and chunks. So who knows what the dosage is after cutting. Some are not designed for slicing. Living on the East coast makes delivery from Leavenworth much longer. When the orders came out of SC the arrival is much more timely.
