  • Great fan, wish it wouldn’t turn itself off all the time

    I really love this fan, it has great power and isn’t loud like many other fans I’ve had. I love that I can use the app to turn it on/off and change the settings. The only thing I don’t like is almost daily it turns off on its own.. I don’t like that when I’m not home because I leave it running for my dog, it has a timer setting that I would use if I wanted it to power off after so long. I thought I would be able to change that in the app, but I can’t seem to find it. That’s the only reason I’m giving it four stars.

  • How to add 2nd dehumidifier located at different address ?

    Very good app ! Able to see and control humidity level remotely is amazing !

    Question : how to add a second device used in a different location ?
    SmartHome does not seem to allow to add a second home.

  • Works well but

    I wish I could see how full the unit is via the app. It tells me when it is completely full but not anything in between. Other than that it’s great.

  • Please create option to turn off refrigerator door chime

    I don't know who came up with the idea of having a fridge door play an annoying sound EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. you open the fridge. And no by that I don't mean the "the door has been open for too long" alarm, which is actually useful. I mean a melody that is played literally every time you open your fridge door.

    I beg you, for the love of God and the mental sanity of your customers, please introduce an option to switch this off!

  • Bucket water level missing

    The old app reported the amount of water in the bucket for dehumidifiers. The Midea app forced me to convert to this new smart home app. But this app doesn’t report what level the bucket is at. I have one unit in the basement and another on the main floor. This is a key feature that is missing for me. The indicators on the unit itself are pretty vague. The old app was excellent in regards to this. It would also be nice if this worked better with Alexa. If it would give notice when bucket was full that would make this so considerably more useful. It seems like the framework is there for level indicators but it’s not reporting anything for either unit.
