  • Issue Resolved: Works as intended

    Thanks to the customer service response to my prior 1 star review for not being able to login due to using one account for two phones. I am no longer logged out each time. So I setup a new account just for my phone.

    Much needed for hot days with the convenience of being able to cool my home when I forget to put the timer on.

  • Seems a little slower responding

    I was formerly using Midea Air. The new app seems slower in updating the status of the various AC’s in my home. Also why doesn’t it display the humidity level? A positive note would be my units all connected to my Wi-Fi easier than the previous app. It would also be good when in auto modes to display its current state when running. My portable ones will often kick in at a speed then jump into what feels like a turbo mode. I would like to know what it’s doing.

  • Slower than original midea app

    Finally upgraded app because I was sick of getting the upgrade message. Wished I hadn’t, it takes ages to load, doesn’t register when I push the power on button

  • Really poor

    Had my robot cleaner working fine until the software update got from worse to unusable. This is now complete useless. The robot bumped in obstacle so much now lidar is probably error and clearly is not for for purpose. The robot should not attempt to go in places where is no height clearance or no with clearance(however it does, goes under snd then attempts to return -does small jumps for that - hits lidar and get stuck there)

    Should not attempt to climb object, should not push objects, no go and virtual walls feature is not working for small places like fencing an certain trouble area

  • Not working as Midea Air - regretting migration

    I just migrated from Midea Air app, which I could easily control my A/C units even when away from home(my house is humid so being able to do that was really handy). I bought the smart wifi kit only for this purpose.
    Now, although I like the concept, the new app do not work as intended yet. It’s constantly showing my units as offline but they are not. Sometimes I can turn them “on” but not “off” and vice versa, and this goes all the time. Now I’m about to travel and really concerned about my humidity situation, not knowing if I will be able to control the units remotely. I wish I have not done the migration yet. It’s a shame for a nice big company such as Midea.

  • Great does what it’s supposed to

    Perfect so I can be lazy. I don’t even have to get out of my bed to modify the settings or turn on. The schedule system is neat feature too. Reliable and never had issues since I’ve gotten this for my portable AC unit.
  • AC Unit

    App works ok, but I would like the ability to stay logged in on multiple devices. Also in the previous app you could disable the beep on the air conditioner when changing settings, but I haven’t found this in the new app. Our unit must’ve reset our preferences because it started beeping again. Thank you!

  • Worst app

    All my settings disappeared and couldn’t find my air con anymore. Worst app I have never seen.

  • Dosent reset clean filter when you do

    The rest filters prompts don’t go away, and there seems to be no way to reset.

    Old app worked way better. They made me migrate my account. And now it’s trash. Cant even control it on google or my app. So basically not a smart device. Dont buy any of their products so you won’t have to deal with the dumb app.
