  • Enjoy teachers

I have never had any problems with this app. I have enjoyed all the classes I have taken. I use the app 5x a week. I for 20yrs have gone to multiple gyms and feel the classes are equivalent to what I was going to there!
  • Real joke from Inspire

Can’t see my speed, resistance, distance without subscription with 1400$ equipment. Really?
  • Adequate companion for Inspire IC1.5

I bought a spin bike from Costco and this is the app that works with it.
    Things I like:
    Easy syncing
    Classes are available.

    Things that could be improved:
Filtering - I would like it to be easier to find workout content specific to equipment I have.
iPad multitasking - not currently supported. This app demands the entire screen of my iPad, it should run in split view or in the slide-over. Want to watch something while keeping your workout stats on-screen? Not possible. Instead I watch on my iPad and view stats on my phone.

  • Wow this is extremely buggy software

Choose a workout from the training … you see the list of exercises, each with a small video.

Start the workout, and the videos that were available before you started are gone. Some generic “video coming soon!” placeholder on top. The videos were visible tho before you start the workout! So then you have to exit/pause the workout, back on the main workout screen, view the video, then restart the workout, resuming where you left off… ???

Also during workouts - you’re asked to enter reps and how many pounds. I assumed that if I do 15 reps of 70 pounds that you’d enter that - but no? If you enter that way, at the end of the workout it’ll tell you you lifted a total of 70 pounds. So I guess you’re supposed to do the math and enter 15 reps 1050 pounds? Why???????

  • Subscription question

I just got the bike yesterday. Love it!! Quick question about the app and subscription - can you still see the stats on the phone without the subscription and only using the app?
  • Has potential But..

I’ve only used the app two times now on an older iPad and it crashed both times during the workout, next time I’ll try just my phone and update. Couple immediate observations, I’ve been spinning/cycling for years and have enjoyed my two on demand workouts so far on the 1.5. I wish.. the app shared workout data with my Apple health app. It would be real nice to have multiple profiles, my wife isn’t going to have another subscription but all workouts now go on one calendar. How about the ability to add some comments on our fitness log. Heart rate monitor compatibility? Seems so basic. I’m excited and want to like this bike, will update.

  • Connect ing with other apps

There is no way to connect to my Garmin or my fitness to track workouts. Very surprised! Also the app is very small on mobile and hard to read. Really not mobile friendly either. If these things do not change- it is very unlikely that I will continue a subscription beyond the trial period.
  • Waste of time

I attempted to get this app working for two hours was unable to create an account and password the company has virtually no tech support no online tech support contact them by phone got a message that voice mailbox was full they do not belong in the application business they have beautiful fitness equipment but need to stay out of the instructional business until they hire the right people to make it work. Cannot buy products directly off their website everything is out of stock you have to go to a dealer in order to get this equipment.

  • Login needs work but content is great!

In order to login or establish an account you have to go to their website on a computer or through a web browser on your phone. Initial set up can’t be don’t through the app itself. However, this isn’t a big deal to me and the video content and options are great. I’ve only used the “Free Weights” videos they are 20min and I’ve enjoyed every one I’ve tried so far. I am definitely sore days after doing a workout. “Buns and Guns” is one of my favorite series so far. I do not need or want cardio as I’m not looking to lose weight but rather tone up. This offer exactly that. (There are a lot of cardio videos as well though).
